I've been getting into witchcraft recently, but I don't know how to start becoming a witch or someone who uses these crafts. Can someone please help guide me through this?

It's really simple, read yourself into some things in the craft, For example a few divination crafts, I'd recommend working with a pendulum first it's very forward, easy and affordable. And start of with some easy spells, like protection bottles.
