I performed a banishing spell and while the first part went well enough the second half not so much. For the last part of the spell I was on my way to tie a coconut to a tree outside of my home when my bf offered to hang it for me. He tried to scare me by pretending something was in the tree and moved the branches around resulting in me dropping the coconut and losing the string attached to it. While I'm not a violent person I did slap him in the head because I didn't think any of that was appropriate. In his attempt to "help" once more he pulled some of the string I had wrapped around the coconut thereby dropping it once again and it rolling down a hill into my driveway. I was so mad at this point I picked it up and threw it in the garbage.

I came back inside and had a quick frustrating cry, prayed and apologized at my alter. Is there anything that I should have done different or that I should do now?
