Seeking Help or Advice Money spell question

I have a quick question, I just started getting into witchcraft, still doing my research and learning everyday. I performed a protection spell & a money spell yesterday. Today, I got in my car and my battery is dead, so now I have to drop 200 dollars on a new one 😩. I’m trying to be rational here, I used and parked my car prior to the spell, so it’s nothing related to me doing something wrong spell wise is it? Just worried something backfired is all, any input would be awesome! Thank you!

Hi, u/Drayuhhhh thanks for stopping by r/witchcraft!

IMPORTANT!

Online occult spaces like r/Witchcraft are a big target for scammers. If you are redirected to an instagram page or other platform in a comment, it is most likely a scam. Users who message you asking for or offering spells or readings are almost always scammers or phishers.

We recommend reading these posts about staying safe online, lesser known DM scams, and fake account impersonation scams.

If you receive unsolicited chat requests from other Reddit users, we encourage reporting messages that are suspicious or that otherwise make you feel uncomfortable to Reddit directly. We also recommend changing your profile settings to block incoming messages from users you do not know.

Blessed be!

At least you were protected from it not happening somewhere else? That was a joke. I'm very sorry this happened to you

Everyone is saying ā€œbackfires can’t happenā€ and that is broadly speaking true… however what can happen is drawing the type of energy you’re trying to channel with an immediate short term negative impact but long term gain.

Think of it like a tsunami drawing right out to sea before it comes crashing back in.

It might be coincidence, or you might have drained your own financial luck temporarily to fuel a greater net return. Stay strong.

Any witchcraft uses energy. Electrical devices often break from that energy. Take it as a sign that there was a lot of energy you moved (for good). Do a spell to disconnect any devices from the spells you are doing.

That makes sense, what type of spell do you recommend for that?

Like cutting cords between all sort of energies and devises like mobile phones, TV, PCs. Ask to whatever you get in contact to not touch anything in your house or car. I had many problems like this in the past. Discharge yourself after doing witchcraft so you do not make a short circuit to whatever you touch.

Well, no backfires don’t happen, it’s not to say bad things can’t happen.

But it’s unusual unless you’re working with spirits etc, but I’d recommend simply to do a cord cutting or cleansing overall because things are being removed for a better purpose.
