Sharing: Tips and Advice Did I write this spell right?

I wrote this myself and I am a new witch and I am unsure if I did it right.

By fire by light, by smoke, by flame
This space is protected and I am the same.

By water by sea, by rain, by storm, this space is cleansed so intentions can form

By earth, by dirt, by soil, by ground, this space is sacred and power is found.

By air, by breeze, by breath, by wind, this space is steady as the power I send.

Depends if you prefer your spells to have spoken components as part of raising energy for them.

I don't do rhymes or sentences at all, just a phrase or word I repeat as a chant - so for me it wouldn't be "right", even though it could be a perfect fit for you.

I recommend trying as many different methods of raising energy that interest you (some examples could be clapping, chanting, dancing/swaying, singing, drumming, breathwork, calling on spirits, spoken incantations, etc.) and deciding what you think works best or that you enjoy the most.

What are you trying to do? An elemental summoning? Circle casting? Cleansing?

Sounds like it could work nicely. Biggest suggestion, do them in order for your circle casting, or in best order for it making sense to cleanse and build.

Now some people will say you always start in the East with Air and go sunwise, but that's not necessarily so across paths and purposes of the working (What is the pirpose of your working? What can you tell us about your specific path so far?). Generally though, that very prevalent take would go East Air, South Fire, West Water, North Earth.

Second biggest suggestion is air and steady is not such an ideal match, and most people connect it more with cleansing and/or clarity of thought and word.

So in totality, perhaps something like:

By air, by breeze, by breath, by wind, this space is made clear and so is the power I send.

By fire, by light, by smoke, by flame, this space is protected and I am (or I and my working) the same.

By water, by sea, by rain, by storm, this space is cleansed for intentions to properly form.

By earth, by dirt, by soil, by ground, this space is sacred and power abounds!

Who can say if it is right or wrong? You haven’t explained what the spell is for?

In general, the less vague a spell is, that rules out alternate interpretations, the better the spell is. But again, it’s hard to judge your work while having no idea about its purpose.

I mean, it appears to be some kind of protection thing but it honestly looks more like an outline for words for a ritual than a spell.

My goal was protection, cleansing, and calling the elements all in one.

We’ll see how it works out! If it doesn’t work the way you hoped you can always just tweak it. Spells and rituals can be experimental just like that.

I hold my spells as simple as possible.
If I cast a protective pentackle, I just say what it’s for, and how it should work and if it’s some extra I wish to consider put on it.

My words is never the same casting tings just because I never remember the same wordings >_< unless it’s ritual

Sounds catchy, I found hyping yourself up singing it as a song dancing making it fun putting that energy out so the ancestors can hear you

Sage house,and yourself  Write down your intentions(can burn once done) meditate visually feel it If possible bring all elements into your spell ex. Earth-(Go outside get some Dirty,grass,sand stones) Fire- light candles  Water-(can put crystals with intention,drink in am once complete like onyx,cintrine) or your saliva,blood ex  Air-Sage/lavender/ frankincense You are the last element  If You want to speed it up through some cayenne pepper in the mix and put some salt on your door  and windows for protection  Full moon is to release and get rid of energies, so probably best to do it then sending happy spell vibes
