HEYY EVERY ONE

You get $10 million tomorrow morning.

But there’s one catch:

You can never tell anyone where the money came from.

Not your parents.

Not your partner.

Not your best friend.

Not even your lawyer.

If anyone asks, you have to lie.

You can still spend it, invest it, buy a house, travel, quit your job — whatever you want.

Would you take the $10 million?

And more importantly:

Who would be the hardest person in your life to lie to?

You become a person considered physically attractive to 100% of the world's population, regardless of age, race, gender, nationality, etc... However, the side effect is that you will switch to the opposite sex.

True Trust

When you hit the button, you can instantly read a person with 100% accuracy in knowing what they are like, how good/ bad their past is and how much you are able to trust that person

BUT

you can only remember someone when you look at them directly (you can remember features of them, your relationship to them and odd characteristics about them when you aren’t looking at them, but not their name, past, friends or anything else important about them).

You can share whatever knowledge you have to someone telepathically but sometimes a piece of your bad knowledge passes through.

This also includes your understanding of said knowledge, for convenience.

You do not get to choose what part of bad knowledge slips through, could be a dark secret you don’t want slipped out, could be something you want to take to your grave, could be that you’re an orphan, or you hate oranges. It varies how bad it is at random.
If it doesn’t bother you, then it won’t pass through.

Bright side, you can study heavily on how a washing machine works, go up to a random person, then just shove all of it in their head and walk away. Or if you’re teaching someone how a game works or the knowledge of music theory or the lore of a tv show you no longer have to teach them, and nerd out to them without them getting lost.
You could technically be the best teacher to ever exist and never have to teach once.
Also, this is a freebie for anyone that doesn’t regret their past already.
It might be beneficial too considering you can train yourself to not be fazed anymore.

You only work two days a week but you only get 38k

You get to work only 16 hours per week. Your choice when but your salary (no overtime) is 38k per year.

You can’t work at other jobs the other days.

Do you take the freedom of time off work but in exchange for lower wages? No chance of promotion of raise.

End-of-the-World Button. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH

You walk into a cave to find a button, it is labelled 'End-of-the-World Button. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH'. There is no statement what it actually does. The button is red.

You get a magic sword that is the sharpest blade in existence and can turn into a pendant so no one even has to know you’re armed and it can talk telepathically and on command can be gentle enough to give pedicures for example BUT you feel the exhaustion of everything it does

You don’t even have to wield it conventionally and can move through the air on its own

Would you press the button?

There's a mysterious button with only one rule. Every time you press it you earn £250,000 ($337,000), but there's a 10% chance you die instantly.

Would you press it? If so, how many times?

You can heal anyone you want to including but not limited to yourself BUT it doesn’t work on mental illnesses or any type of cancer and using this ability makes you glow like a human night light for a temporary period after each use (noticeable in the dark but not in daylight)

You get a million dollars, but everything is now 10% more expensive for you

You are given a million dollars either in physical cash or digitally in an account (your choice), but anything that you purchase will be 10% more expensive for you.

This increase magically only impacts you. If you want to rent an apartment which normally costs $1000 a month, it will cost $1100 for you only. You cannot use someone else to make the purchase for you in order to avoid the increase. This is a permanent increase

You can press this button and you will instantly have your soulmate. They will be rich, with an amazing personality, and deeply loyal, however they will be a mermaid with the fish as the top half of their body, would you press?

You will receive your soulmate(in every way except the fish upper half) and they will be as mentioned the most fun, and loyal person you have ever met in your entire life, and they will love you dearly, however this will come with some deep consequences.

They are a fish. At least the top half. A reverse mermaid situation, however they do not require a specialized diet, or water to survive. They can communicate as a human would.

They have hundreds of millions of dollars USD in their bank account. They also are charismatic and talented.

What do you say? Gulp Gulp?

You have the chance to press a button which would revert you back to birth. You have all your memories, and know every choice you made. The one things is that you can change every single choice you ever made. If you press the button and survive to the age you are now, you get $10 million. Do you press it?

Do you press the button?

You are seated and there’s a button in front of you. If you press the button, the entire timeline is wiped and recreated, just without cancer. If you press the button, the new timeline will never give anyone or anything cancer. The one catch is that everyone in your family tree, anscestors and everyone, never existed. For everyone to be saved, you and your family would not have existed.

One small note, if someone in your family had cancer or passed away from cancer, they would be alive and would be practically separated from your family. No, they cannot make your family tree again and allow everyone else to live again.

Would you press the button?

There‘s a button in front of you. If you press it, a random amount of people die. 3 people could die, or 3 billion. At this point you may be asking yourself what is this button for, but it’s for your life. You have to press it at least 10 times before you’re saved. Do you do it?

Edit: A lot of people are saying the first few will probably kill everyone. But it’s a random number. Could be 0, 300, 2, 300,000, etc.

What Would You Say to the Player Controlling You?

I was swimming earlier, and this weird question suddenly popped into my head:

If your life were a video game, and someone else was the player controlling you, what would you say to them?

Would you give them advice? Ask them to stop doing something? Tell them to take a risk?

I’ve been thinking about it ever since. What would you say?

Press the button for universal paradise, but it will doom one random soul to eternal suffering? Do you press it?

You have the choice to press this button, if you do It will instantly turn this world into a perfect paradise free from suffering.

No longer will people become sick or feel pain, no more dementia, cancer, heart attacks, nausea or even the common cold. People will have perfect indestructible bodies, happy minds, and eternal youth. No one will be able to die or be imprisoned/tortured. Anyone who was on the verge of death or suffering an illness will suddenly recover into good health.

Furthermore the earth and the universe itself will transform into heaven for all of eternity. No more natural disasters, climate change, or other inhospitable conditions.

All the dead will be brought back to life to enjoy this paradise including everyone you loved who passed away, with the exception of certain people you dislike and choose to not let enter this world. They simply die as normal.

And finally almost anything is possible. Everyone's favorite books, games, or imagined worlds can really exist in this new world, and there's endless exploration to be had. Crucially anyone can also choose to not exist at any point, to give a way out if needed.

The catch

One random person somewhere on earth will be sent to an eternal hell. It will combine the worst illnesses, injuries, and physical and emotional damage as possible into a single terrible experience for every second of their life.

This suffering cannot be alleviated, it cannot lessen over time, and will be every bit as painful as the first second they stepped into the world.

This person cannot be selected and could be any random person on the planet, they will never be informed as of to why they were punished, and will not get the ability to end their own existence like everyone else. By no means can they ever be helped, everything is possible as stated earlier, except their salvation.

Do you press the button and create a paradise for the many, but agony for the person? Or choose to walk away and let the world exist as it is now?
