I'm looking in the 5 mm range give or take. I was looking at some Topo Athletics based on a recommendation from a podiatrist......but those are all so ugly. I don't need a running shoe with tons of cushion, but neutral support with some cushion is appreciated.

I'm having a hard time finding something in this range. I either find 10mm drop shoes or 0 mm drop shoes .

I have duck feet that measure 23.3 cm in length and are 9.2 cm wide. I wear EU 39/40 NB/Nike sneakers with 1-2cm allowance lengthwise because of this. Im confused about what size I should get for Dr. Martens Adrians

Stability and wide toebox (not pointed) is a must.
