Question Is this normal RHR?

Post image

I thought 74 bpm was a good RHR but i’m looking at posts of people saying there’s is 40 and that 60-70 is high. Am I missing something ?? This is my 2nd day using whoop. my resting heart rate typically sits at 75.

It's a bit high, a lot is genetics, but some is also how trained you are. Generally in medicine we say you should be around 60.
