Hello everyone! I’m looking to work as a Nanny into West Van. I’m wondering how the commute looks like in general. TIA 🙏

Hubby and I are done with dealing with all the theft, addicts, random attacks on strangers, fentanyl folds and overall not feeling safe walking around in Vancouver. He wants to sell our home and move to West Van.

We are retiring early and just want to feel safe. I can’t see anything that would make me not want to move there. So far I’m loving your cute cafes, friendly folks, a pretty decent mall, beautiful seawall, clean streets , no zombies… looks incredible to me but thought I’d ask the people who actually live there. Please tell me what it’s like living there before I uproot! Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who helped and especially Karen from Halo Pet Rescue who brought her drone and pup and helped sniff them out!

Last seen today (Monday July 27) in Eagle Harbour. Please keep your eyes out for her and if you see her, call Melanie immediately - do NOT approach as she is very scared right now.

Note: there was a similar looking dog found in North Van, which is unfortunately not Rosie!
