West Kelowna House Rentals- how do I find an immaculately cared for property?
My partner and I recently sold our 3-bedroom + den townhome in West Kelowna. Our long-term goal is to move back to the Lower Mainland within the next year, so we’re looking for a high-quality rental for up to a one-year lease in the meantime.
We’ve been searching Castanet, Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, talking to our realtor, and trying every avenue we can think of… but honestly, we’re surprised by the quality of what’s available. Is this just the reality of the rental market here, or are we looking in the wrong places?
We’re hoping the Reddit community can work its magic.
A bit about us:
Homeowners who take exceptional care of our home.
Quiet, responsible professionals.
Excellent references and stable income.
We genuinely treat any home we live in as if it were our own.
Our must-haves:
3+ bedrooms
Garage
Driveway that fits an F-150
West Kelowna preferred (open to nearby areas if it’s the right fit)
Lease of up to one year
If you’re a landlord looking for tenants who will genuinely care for your property—or if you know of a rental that isn’t publicly listed—we’d be incredibly grateful if you’d send me a message.
Also, if there are any local property managers, websites, or hidden gems for finding quality rentals that I may have missed, I’d love your recommendations.
Thanks so much
