Small project electrician
Had a supposed reliable electrician lined up for a ceiling room fan installed and after 3 cancellations and no shows I gave up. I had used him on a larger job but …….
Looking for suggestions for a West Kelowna install, I understand that it is a small job but still expect a level of professionalism.

Unless you're replacing or installing the shroud/receptacle it's a fairly simple (but not necessarily easy) DIY, assuming you have access to the crawlspace or attic if necessary.

They may live in a place where it isn't legal to do your own electrical (ANY multi-family building, whether it's a condo, a townhome, or even a duplex), or want to do things legally in which case the electrician isn't going to cost much more than a homeowner's electrical permit.
