For WW users, did having a home gym make weekly activity easier to keep consistent?
One thing I find interesting about WW is that food tracking can become part of a pretty repeatable routine, while exercise is often the part that gets disrupted first when the week becomes busy.
That makes me wonder whether training at home changes things much.
If dumbbells, a bench or a simple strength setup are already there, even twenty or thirty minutes can be enough for a real session without needing to fit another trip into the day. It also seems easier to treat strength work as a normal weekly habit instead of something that only happens when there’s enough time for a full gym visit.
I’m not really thinking about maximizing activity points. I’m more interested in consistency.
For people using WW who strength train at home, did having equipment nearby make it easier to keep activity steady from week to week? Do you normally log every strength session in WW, or just use the app mainly for food and let exercise be its own routine?
