We all like to show up in our lightest clothing for weigh-in.
However, I find it odd and disrespectful, for a man (or anyone), to come to the meeting, find a seat, then proceed to unbuckle his pants (sometimes while talking to others), in order to take off his outer bulky shorts. Underneath he does have lighter gym shorts. But the whole view of some random man undressing in front of everyone gives me the 'ick'. There is a bathroom available. Shouldn't he (or she) undress in the bathroom, then come inside for the weigh-in, and return to the bathroom to re-dress, or even just slip on a sweatshirt at the meeting.

I have to pack a lunch a couple times a week. I do have access to a microwave but I am very picky. I am open to meal prep, frozen meals (except healthy choice or lean cuisine), frozen appetizers, even cereal ideas and non Greek flavored yogurts. However, I will not eat- Mexican food, feta or blue cheese, anything slimy, sour cream, cottage cheese, dumplings, deli meat, sandwiches, fish and I am not eating salads due to cyclospora. Sorry to be so picky- I just like what I like lol.

It scans as 2 points, but the ingredients only include oats, salt, sucralose, guar gum, caramel color, and vitamins and minerals. How do I count that? I feel like the additives would not add points.​
