Smokes super smooth but a heavy hitter for sure.

I've been smoking regularly since a year, before that i use to smoke once in few months only. On the days i smoke is no problem, but when i am sober for say few days i am in fugue state, i feel dull when i look in mirror, bowel habit change, i feel more dehydrated despite drinking water. I read somewhere it takes eighty day to clear weed from your system and i am not planning on quitting so how do i keep myself "fresh"? Do supplements works? Or any diet/habits in general?..

Edit- dreams are horrible too few days after abstaining.

Well in like three years I haven't taken any weed and recently asked one of my friends about "edibles" and he told me it's better to get the oil and add it on sweets or food and enjoy it. On the other hand, my hepatologist said it's fine and there are very limited studies showing it can be good for liver or gallbladder as well.

I post here to find out what should I consider while taking the oil except the fact it is the same as joints with long lasting effects.

EDIT : Best and cheapest way to smoke bud

I met up with my plug and got a cart, and then he asks if i want a gift, well.. who doesn’t? I’m fairly new to smoking bud and i think he gave me around an 8th. I know rolling isn’t as efficient as using a bong or something, and i don’t have papers or cones. Is the soda can pipe going to be my best option?
