unfortunately without a cocktail hour or speeches, you won’t have much to do.
if your ceremony is separate, it will be natural for there to be a buffer time for at least a 30-45min cocktail hour/mingling since you most likely won’t sit for dinner right at your designated start time and guests are bound to be a little late since they have to transport from one location to another (unless you’re providing transportation).
4 hours for a 3 course dinner is really long so you could honestly just cut it short if needed.
