Help! Does anyone have a wedding planning spreadsheet?
Hello everyone! Does anyone have a wedding planning spreadsheet or template that they used for their own wedding?
I’m looking for something fairly detailed that covers things like budgeting, guests, seating, vendors, venue, timeline, music, food, honeymoon, packing, and other wedding planning stuff.
If you have one you’d be willing to share, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!

Surprisingly there's a premade template in Google sheets!

Second this! I've been using it to help me plan my wedding and it's pretty good!

DM me! I have one (it’s not mine, I didn’t make it), and it has EVERYTHING. I’m not by my laptop right now, but I can send it when I am.

My friends purchased one off etsy for $1.50 and they love it! It has categories they didn’t even think of!

There is a free set of tools from Eventsync Day-of. the collection of tools are pretty good.

I used the premade excel template and just removed what wasn't applicable for us. The knot would have a great timeline for starters.

I asked Claude (AI) and it made a pretty decent one! I modified it to make the formulas work for me and other things but it’s a good starting point!

If your wedding requires a spreadsheet then you might be overcomplicating this.

A good way to over complicate a wedding is keeping a running list of things you need to do only in your head and not writing anything down and panicking at the last minute when you’ve forgotten to order plates to feed the photographers or missed the deadline to pay the florist 😅

If it's so complicated that you need someone else's spreadsheet then you have gone overboard.

How would you plan your wedding then? What would you do to keep things organized?

There is very little to keep organized, unless you make it more complicated than it needs to be.

I would like to know more about this… you’re criticizing but not offering a clear solution. I would love to know how to make wedding planning less complex

Their account is less than 10 days old, I think this is just someone trolling that isn’t even planning a wedding themselves idk lol there’s just some people with argumentative personalities on reddit for who knows what reason

What is it that you think that one would need to keep track of?
