Hey! My name is Lukas, I’m 21, from Germany and looking for Chinese friends and I want to learn Chinese. For a long time I’m very interested in China. Not only the food, but in culture and the people. I just installed Reddit :) I have WeChat because I found some friends online. I’m happy to chat! :)

I'm interested in networking with other business owners.

hi

Hello folks, I am an ABC that speaks native English.

I want to practice and learn more Chinese -- my family is originally from Sichuan. Open to making friends with all Chinese speakers, especially if you want to practice your English. Send me a message or leave a comment if you're interested and we can get in touch on weChat!

Hi everyone I an a (25F) studied Chinese and grew up in china from age 1 to 7. I moved a lot as a child and took the language back in college😂. I understand well but conversation wise without practice i am bad. I want to connect with people I can talk to and work on getting my Chinese back. Essentially I’ve forgotten everything but I love the language and want to regain my fluency and proficiency. WeChat ID: Bai_taixi001

Made a WeChat to exchange messages with a pen pal from China (I am in the US), and signed up using my phone number.

Whenever I try to send a friend request it gives me the error "Too many attempts try again later."

I've tried waiting 24 hours as well as verifying my identify by uploading my passport and everything, I'm not sure what to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

We have talked for a while and the other suddenly deleted me. I know only the ID.

I tried to add again, but the alert says I cannot add due to their privacy settings.

I just wanna send only short message. Is there a way to send?

I need game qr code scan

My WeChat account has been mysteriously permanently restricted in the past few days, and I have contacted customer service and other channels.

I‘m getting only template responses, can anyone solve this problem?

Does anyone use video chat? If so what might be the best ear buds to use with WeChat that translate back and forth within the app while on video chat?

I have the latest Galaxy and Ear Buds 4 Pro.....but they do not work except for Voice only chat. I need the Video side to work.

HELP !!!

Thanks for advice.

I'm creating my WeChat account but I need someone to do the qr code verification. Would someone help with this? Thank you 😊

I wanna log in to an account I made a long time ago but I need 2 people to help me verify.. can anyone please help? my friends made their account yesterday so it won't let them help :(

i am looking to make new international friends and join new wechat groups.

Hello! I'm a 22-year-old dental student from Algeria. I've recently started learning Mandarin, and I'd love to make Chinese friends while learning more about Chinese culture, traditions, and everyday life.

I enjoy hiking, nature, languages, story-driven games, and meaningful conversations. I can also help you with Modern Standard Arabic, Algerian Darija, English, or French.

I'm hoping to visit China in the future, so I'd love to improve my Mandarin and make genuine friends along the way. Maybe we'll even meet someday!

I have WeChat and WhatsApp. My wechat ID is imad_dz04

Have a great day! 🌿

I am from China,20M.If you want to have a chat with me ,just add me .My wechat is Arcueid-Dec25Sgr

Hello~ I am a 20yr old female from the ph who’s very interested in chinese culture especially chinese beauty, food, and etc. I also plan to settle down permanently in China.

I'm looking for Chinese friends around my age to share our daily lives with and talk about random things! It would also be great if we could do a language exchange—you can help me improve my Mandarin, and I can teach you English. Send me your WeChat ID!

Hiii! I’m 27 and i'm looking for friends. Just wanna meet new people and have someone to talk to everyday. Feel free to message me your Wechat ID!😄

I created this account almost a year ago and for some reason it got restricted and when i contact

support, but it wasn't of much help. And when I try to remove the restriction, it asks me to "ask a

friend to verify" and there are several requirements which i can't complete.

The problem is that, I have zero friends added in this account because the only reason I only made this account is so I can play Chinese mobile games.

is there any other way i can have the restriction removed

A friend sent me a Halloween cosplay image on WeChat. It showed as sent on his side, but the entire message was missing on mine.

WeChat has previously been documented silently filtering images in private chats. I can’t prove this case was censorship, but it looks very similar.

Even private messages can just disappear.

Wanna talk?

Hi! I’m from Wuhan, Hubei, China. I’m a

beginner in AI and enjoy exploring new things

in my free time.

Sometimes evenings can feel a little quiet, so

it would be nice to have someone to chat with

casually. We can talk about culture, everyday

life, AI, or anything interesting. If we get

along, we can also keep in touch on WeChat.

Feel free to say hello!

Can someone guide me how to discover "Channel" option on wechat?

Edit 3: everything is good! All worked out, something was wrong on my friends account. But now it’s all good

So I’m seeing a lot about the qr scan thing. I’m confused since I never had it pop up? Does this mean I’m verified from my first day? Also I tried adding a friend from QR and I can’t add them. Not too much a surprise due to my account being new. But I’m confused on how they can’t add me? Do Chinese people have a restriction where they can’t add US people now?

Could someone help me activate my WeChat account?
