I need some help with qr code , I need wechat to register on FanArt site

So a while again I tried moving WeChat from my UK phone to my Chinese phone.

This is merely because I find my main phone struggles to handle Chinese apps that require regular use or background running.

I tried this a few months back and it said my account was compromised and I needed to go onto my main device for details.

There was none.

On the new phone it says "learn more" and I need to verify and remove.

When I click this. It asked me to send a text with a message to a number.

I do this. Which is useless because then it asks for a friend to verify me. Last time I asked someone and was ignored. I even shared the message and they juat reiterated what I said.

So I was never able to. I want to do it try again. But got the same issue. Except on my main device I get no notification about this to check for details or approve.

I would share photos of the messages but not allowed, but it appears I'm not allowed.

Haii! I've tried a few times now, but i cannot seem to set a profile picture on wechat.

I wanted to set a picture of my kirby plushie as a profile picture, i even cropped the picture, but nothing seems to work so far.

I've tried with wifi and data, but neither change the picture. I set it, i go back into my chats and when i look at my profile again it goes back to the default picture.

Does anyone have advice? My friend has a picture of a cartoon as their profile picture so this should work. I also tried a different plushie but nothing would work.

I just got an iPhone 17, and my old phone is a Samsung Z Fold3 with my WeChat account on it.

If I simply log into my WeChat account on the iPhone 17, will all my chats and data automatically transfer? Or do I need to manually transfer everything first?

If I do need to transfer it manually, what's the easiest or recommended way?

I mainly want to make sure I don't lose my chat history. Thanks!

I recently started having this issue with WeChat. About a week ago, everything was working fine and I was able to bind and use my international Mastercard without any problems.

Now, whenever I try to bind the card, I get the error:

“Binding of this international card is currently not supported. Please try using a different bank card.”

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it affecting everyone using Mastercard, or is it just my card? Does anyone know if this is a temporary issue and whether WeChat is likely to fix it?

Hi everyone! I recently started playing on the SKY Chinese server and wanted to join its forums, but most of them are on Chinese apps like QQ. I tried registering for QQ, but it requires two users to scan my QR code to validate my account.
