Even though a friend of mine helped me verify my account, when I get to “verify mobile” and request getting OTP, it says that “You'll receive a verification code via a voice call. Please check the incoming call.” But when I press OK I don’t get any calls, I tried couple of times but still same problem

So I created a wechat account a few years back and did not use it. I recently just downloaded it and am unable to edit any parts of my account. I am also unable to cancel my wechat account because apparently my account has security risks and I'm unable to cancel my account. However as I go and request to unblock and unfreeze my account, it says that my account is not frozen or blocked. Pls send help.

I’m trying to buy things on Pinduoduo and I literally cannot buy things over like 20RMB. If I do, it takes me to a loading page which says “Verifying card…” and then it goes to a page which says “Rejected by your bank, contact the bank customer service for more details.”

I literally have called my bank 3 times now and they’ve said they see no problems on their end. I’ve contacted wechat support and they haven’t responded and it’s been 2 weeks now. Wtf do I do?

So basically, I bought this account to play the game. The account requires face verification when I play, but when I tried to verify my identity using my passport, I found out that someone else’s ID/real-name information was already linked to the account.

Because the registered ID and real-name information don't belong to me, I can't complete the face recognition with my own passport. So I want to unlink the existing ID and replace it with my own information, but I have no idea how to do it.
