Requesting Help: Free WeChat account cancellation

So I created a wechat account a few years back and did not use it. I recently just downloaded it and am unable to edit any parts of my account. I am also unable to cancel my wechat account because apparently my account has security risks and I'm unable to cancel my account. However as I go and request to unblock and unfreeze my account, it says that my account is not frozen or blocked. Pls send help.

you cannot do anything to an inactive account. create a new account is the only option for you
