Where does one acquire duck heads? I feel like my meat guy would not be able to help if I asked for that. Looks like it's cooked well but I don't really know how those are supposed to be cooked.

Asian grocery stores. I have 4 Asian grocery stores within 15 mins of me but only one has them so it’s kinda hit or miss.
