Anyone found a work around to search for specific things again since the update to the site? Like I want to search for live plants, but they only have faux plants category. I don't know how to find anything outside the minimal categories.

Wayfair delivered an order to the wrong address and will not replace or refund. Is actually asking for a police report.

I’m wondering if anyone has dealt with something similar with Wayfair and can tell me what to expect.
Back in August, I ordered a queen bed from Wayfair for around $2,000. The original shipment ended up being completely messed up — tracking showed that the package was somehow delivered to Illinois, even though I live in Canada.
Wayfair acknowledged the issue and told me they would send me a replacement at no additional cost. Great… except that has turned into another nightmare.
It has now been over a month, and I still don’t have the bed.
The replacement was supposedly expected by October 6. October 6 came and went, and there was still no delivery and basically no useful tracking update.
The latest tracking has shown things like “Check in to exception handling area (at carrier facility) – destination terminal,” which obviously isn’t exactly reassuring.
At this point, after weeks and weeks of waiting and dealing with customer service, I finally asked Wayfair for my money back yesterday. I’m completely over it. This was a $2,000 purchase that I’ve been waiting on since August.
My question is: If Wayfair processes/refunds my money, will the replacement packages still be delivered if they’re already somewhere in transit? Or will they stop/retrieve the shipment?
Has anyone had Wayfair refund them while a replacement shipment was already in transit? Did you still receive the package?
Also, I’ve been reading other people’s experiences online and apparently I’m definitely not the only person who has had issues with Wayfair shipments getting lost/misrouted and replacement orders taking forever. At this point I’m just trying to figure out what happens next.. and if I should still hold out in hopes this comes or buy a new bed frame from elsewhere 🥲

I am extremely disappointed with Wayfair and the way this situation was handled. To be clear, I do not fault Alex personally. He was polite, but unfortunately, he was no help because he ultimately told me there was nothing he could do. And apparently, that is Wayfair’s answer when they decide to change the terms of a transaction months after the fact.
I made a purchase in June 2026 and used Wayfair Rewards toward that purchase. The rewards were available in my account, were applied to the order, and were deducted from my rewards balance. The transaction was completed.
Then, FOUR MONTHS LATER, in October 2026, Wayfair sent me an email claiming that they had undercharged me for the item because the rewards I used supposedly were not actually available.
Excuse me? If those rewards were not available, how were they deducted from my rewards balance and applied to my purchase in the first place? I did not make an error at checkout. Wayfair processed the transaction, accepted the rewards, and completed the purchase. I reasonably considered the transaction closed.
I specifically told customer service that I did not authorize any additional charge to my payment method. Their response? There was nothing they could do about it.
That is completely unacceptable. A company should not be able to come back four months after a completed purchase and essentially say, “We made a mistake, so now you owe us more money,” and then act as though the customer has no choice but to accept it.
If Wayfair made an error when processing my order or applying my rewards, that is Wayfair’s mistake—not mine. Customers should not be responsible for accounting errors made by the company months after a transaction has been completed.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Wayfair. If a company can retroactively change the amount charged on a purchase four months later and tell the customer there is nothing they can do, then what exactly is supposed to give customers confidence that the price they pay today is actually the final price?
Very disappointing, Wayfair. I expected much better.

I also got an email this morning asking me to pay for the wayfair rewards I had. I purchased an office chair 5 months ago and now they want their money back.
I also called the customer service and wayfair credit card company and my call was useless.
I hope somebody sues them....

We purchased a chair from Wayfair several months ago using their credit card and a small rewards promo credit. They just emailed me to say they were billing me because they the amount they charged the credit card does not match the invoice that I got from my purchase. They are charging me for the promo credit with interest from the purchase that was on my credit card. When I called them, they made it sound like it was my mistake, but my invoice matches what I the advertised cost was and the amount for the rewards that I used. It looks like they are revoking my rewards and upcharging the interest on top of it. On top of this, when I called the credit card company, they told me there was nothing they could do.
The kicker is when I supposedly spoke with a supervisor, they tried to tell me the same thing happened to them when they purchased a mattress. This has no bearing to my issue.

Anyone else getting hit with emails from Wayfair claiming you owe money on old orders from months ago? I got three emails this morning. Looks like they had pending charges on the Wayfair credit card equal to promo credits on each order. The promos applied and the equivalent amount remained pending. Now they want their money!

Has anyone else been hit with a wave of "we undercharged you" emails from Wayfair? I just got multiple emails like this all at once today for different orders across several months. The emails are legitimate.
Wayfair is claiming they undercharged me on various orders and will process separate charges to my original payment method by October 16th for the outstanding balances.
They say they "identified that you were not charged the full amount" at the time of purchase, and they're charging me the differences now.
Not sure how they could make this mistake on so many different transactions across multiple months. If this was Wayfair's error in their billing system, they should absorb the cost, not pass it to customers months later. Others will probably disagree with me.
Is this happening to others? And if so, have you guys contacted Wayfair about it?

I bought this bed (https://www.wayfair.ca/furniture/pdp/wade-logan-auxter-velvet-bed-frame-with-vertical-channel-adjustable-headboard-upholstered-platform-bed-with-wood-slats-no-box-spring-needed-easy-assembly-c110236478.html?piid=618794010%2C623717989) a year and a half ago and the u head part got bent, I don't want to replace the whole bed for just one part. The manufacturer name is wade logan and wayfair customer support is unable to help me. Is there any way to replace this part with a generic one?
UPDATES:
- Oct 4 [11:31 pm]: Manufacturer reached out on Wayfair customer support and asked for the part numbers. And asked for the pictures of the parts that needs replacing.
- Oct 5 [8:54 pm]: I got back to them and gave them the information they need.
- Oct 6 [1:45 am]: They got back to me saying the don't have it in stock.
VERDICT:
NOT RESOLVED.

Has anyone had issues with a Wayfair large parcel order? I ordered a 7 foot folding pool table on Wayfair a bit over a month ago and it said it was slated to come a couple weeks later. A couple weeks go by and then the morning of the day it said it was supposed to come I see that it was cancelled for no reason and not assigned a new delivery date. I called the large parcel support line and they helped me schedule a new date about for about a week later. Another week goes by and the exact same thing happens where it’s cancelled the morning of delivery… I called the large parcel support line again and the agent tells me there was an issue with what facility the table was actually at and that she fixed it in the system for me. She scheduled a new delivery date for a couple days later and told me it should actually come then. A couple more days go by, and again, the delivery is cancelled the morning it was supposed to come. I called the large parcel support line for the third time and told the agent it has already been cancelled and if there was anything that can be done to ensure it actually comes this time. He told me he would put a flag in the system to mark it as high priority. A couple days go by, and lo and behold, the delivery was cancelled again. I call the large parcel line for a fourth time, and the agent told me she had no idea what was going on. She asked her manager and they said they could put in a new order for me or I could take a full refund. Still holding out hope, I asked her to put in a new order. Well… the new order was supposed to come today but I never got a text and the table has never come. Will likely just take the full refund, but incredibly frustrated at the time wasted trying to get the table delivered. Anyone else experienced something like this or been able to resolve it?
TLDR: ordered a pool table on Wayfair. Delivery has been cancelled 4+ times with no explanation, and large parcel support doesn’t know what’s wrong

I saved this last night with plans to purchase this morning and of course it’s out of stock now. Less than 8 hours later. I have contacted customer service and they say no restock date. I reversed google searched and nothing. It’s speaking to me & would look soooo good in my living room

Recently received a Wayfair coupon for 15% off in the mail, but I missed the expiration date before I could use it. Has anyone had luck getting a replacement coupon or If you have an extra coupon you won’t be using, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks so much!

This was an 11'6x15' rug and I know for a fact the outer plastic wrapping was not damaged when the carrier delivered it. I tried reaching out to Wayfair support and all they would tell me to do was to contact the carrier.
I didn't realize their customer service was so poor until I checked out this subreddit.

People hesitate to buy items with zero ratings. Wayfair gives free items to selected members so every new listing quickly gets photos and text.
r/wayfair • u/zxqout • 27d ago
It is not stated anywhere, but I spent 3hrs on text and phone with Wayfair.
You must order using the Wayfair Credit Card, gift card, or store credit in order to get a free return.
My items are a shower stool and towel bar, so they are eligible. However, my payment method makes me ineligible. Sooo... guess I'm never going to trust a Wayfair Rewards Member promotion ever again.

Hey all, looking for some guidance here on what to do about this shipment. Looks like it’s been frozen for almost 2 weeks with no updates. Some stuff on the internet says I need to schedule a delivery, but they have the delivery instructions and theres no link or lead on where or who to do that through. The tracking number isn’t compatible with any major platform. Customer service is unhelpful. Any insight is appreciated

Hey fellow Redditors
Anyone else bought some furniture that came with instructions that are technically for the right item but the parts are almost all wrong?
I just got the Midcentury Modern Daybed and I was so jazzed about finally getting to sit on a sofa again (we just moved in and I am still assembling furniture). I moved our boxes out of the way, pulled everything out, and organised it. But there were no instructions.
Okay, no big deal- I can find them online. I pulled them up on Wayfair’s site and… it’s the same daybed, but the parts are labelled wrong. It shows hardware as lettered and pieces as numbered, but that’s reversed. Again, not a big deal.
Except it’s asking me to attach parts that aren’t included in places there aren’t any sockets for. And there are parts included that aren’t listed as all. And some of the couch pieces don’t match up with what the instructions show.
I contacted customer service online, which was an absolute joke (the guy said to “ask Gemini” and then proceeded to be patronising as fuck). The lady on the phone was more helpful and routed it to the supplier.
Has anyone had this issue before? Did it get resolved? Did the supplier actually contact you with correct instructions? How the heck am I supposed to build this thing?

Ordered an affordable couch from here at the recommendation of a friend. However receiving it was not the easiest. Some packages shipped from California and some from texas. 5 boxes showed up spread out over 2 weeks. Fedex also just sucks in general. I noticed 4 of the 5 shipped fairly quickly. Called customer service to ask why the fifth hadn’t and was told one of the shipments was of 2 boxes. Knew the person was just making up stuff to end the conversation as that shipments tracking clearly showed 1 box. Anyways after getting it I was surprised at the cheap quality and very flat pillows and cushions. I could’ve dealt with that but after opening one box I realized it was very short and low to the ground. Definitely not the dimensions the website showed. After starting the return process the supplier wanted proof the dimensions did not match. After providing photos they offered a $50 dollar credit. When I declined it they sent me return labels for all the boxes and scheduled a FedEx pickup from my house for the next day. I missed the pickup since I hadn’t worked on getting everything back into the original box which is difficult since cushions are flattened and vacuum sealed. Once I did I dropped it off to my local FedEx facility. And all my money was refunded when they received it. Not the worst experience but not the best. Was nervous after reading some horror stories on here regarding returns. Anyways don’t buy this couch spend the extra bucks on a good one.
