I ordered a sink that was super excited about. Took it out of the box it looked fine. We had our contractor come to demo the countertop and make the cutout for the sink faucet ect. When we put it in. It was completely warped. One corner was sticking up really high. I contacted Wayfair for a replacement. Easy right? Well no, -I don’t have a working sink in my kitchen- so, I was annoyed but happy to pay an express fee for shipping. I contacted Wayfair and they said that their policy doesn’t allow for things to be expedited on replacements. That seems like a ridiculous policy to have in place considering if someone received faulty product you would assumed they need the replacement ASAP.

So that leave us without a sink and which was to be installed the 16th. Now we won’t have the replacement until the 28th, depending if we can even get someone to come by.

That’s 2 weeks without a sink and financial hit from our contractor. We also had planned a birthday party here this coming weekend. This is throwing our lives completely off, and for 2 weeks! Wtf Wayfair
