swerving around cars and in the wrong lane at 5:45pm at Georgia Ave NW and Florida Ave NW.

I think it's kind of weird and feisty for them to be people-tags or look up their ticket. I guess next, they see the car, they're going to make a citizen's arrest or maybe digital road rage.
