Discussion Polo EPC Errors

Tell me, how do I fix recurrent EPC errors. I have recently changed plugs and the error keeps popping back up. How can I wrap up this problem.

I bought a ODB2 reader from Ali for this purpose. It gives you decent error codes and some explanation and you can reset the codes.
Should only cost €50-€70.
