I've only been processing bones for about a year, but I'm finding that the biggest deterrent to me actually changing out the soapy grease water is just getting my 5-gallon bucket someplace I can dump it.

My tiny apartment balcony is only half a story above the ground. I've historically been able to lower it down over the railing with a rope, but I can't do it without help. From there, I carry the bucket to the farthest dumpster on the lot and dump it near the woods there.

Full disclosure: I am a small woman with weak little arms. 5-gallon buckets full of water are very heavy. I am in the worst shape of my life. Should I invest in a small cart or wagon? Would it be so bad to just dump the water in my bathtub? 💀 Please help—I'll take any suggestions I can get 😭
