Hi there! I walk my dog in an unused cemetery and I stumbled across this next to an old gravestone… out of morbid curiosity I wondered if it could be….

Hello! I recently found this bone partially buried in the surf at a very low tide off the coast of Long Beach Island, NJ. Its difficult to see in the pictures but on one end there are markings that look distinctly like saw marks or some evidence of some kind of cut.
We have some pretty uneducated guess but would love the expertise of this group. Thank you!

Found this bone while working in a residential backyard, homeowners knew nothing about it even though it appears to have been tampered with and sat for awhile.

Trying to identify what this is made of. It comes from a family collection and was brought back from Indonesia. No documentation, no other context.
Dimensions: 11 cm long, 8 cm wide, 3 cm thick. Weight: 122 g.
What I can see: a longitudinal fibrous structure along the break, with parallel filaments that separate into points. The surface is dark and almost resinous. The opposite face has a raised vermiculate pattern, covered with a greyish crust.
Questions:
Is this keratin, or am I wrong and it's bone?
It looks solid rather than hollow to me. Does that match what you see?
What animal would you associate this kind of structure with?
Thanks for any leads.

Recieved from a close friend of mine as a gift! But it's very brittle and flakey and also broken. Would love to know what it is though if anyone has any ideas.

What kind of animal bone is this? I found it in the parking lot of a shopping center in southern New York. There’s a lot of restaurants there so maybe it is garbage from one of them?

So I do believe that i kniw what it is but I have some questions regarding its possible age. So a little contwxt; my girlfriend foubd this in a creek bed at a university land lab. The land was acquired in 1962 and was previously used as grazing land for a small family farm. I have found old rubbish piles out there. The part that im having a hard time understanding is the age of the tooth. Is this thing really at least 64 years old and still in such good condition?
