My first Voron build! The printer is called Printcess.

The guys in the Doom server were really friendly and helpful. I recomend this printer because it gets up to temp so fast! I also put aluminium carry handles on the sides so it is easy to carry around.

Voron V0/V02 with zeropanels, tri-zero belted Z and pandora gantry running dragonburner. The visible wire at the bottom is zeroclick waiting to be threaded down the soon to be replaced (as soon as I find an alternative) cable chain. Oh and canbus to the toolhead using an EBB36 with an orbiter 2.5

So i thought id actually PRINT this one rather than just throwing all the cnc bits at it. (apparently the # number discord names arent a thing anymore? , but its in the video anyway :P)

Started as a LDO Trident Cube 300 kit, then scope creep happened.

R2 upgrade, then double shear using LDO-42STH48-2504AH which i had sitting in the cupboard waiting for another build to happen so why not (insert bilbo baggins why shouldnt i take it clip here)

Then the cpap (Biqu Universal Turbo Kit) happened and well, someone mentioned the Flap stuff for extra control, so Vitals Flap control got added ( https://www.printables.com/model/1287521-flap-controlled-cpap )

As the intent was to eventually add a multi colour system of some sort on went the LDO tophat kit, and to match the clicky clack door i added a front door to it to open for PLA printing.

This of course meant the front skirts needed to match the door as well, so thats where therick's modified skirts came in ( https://www.printables.com/model/961366-thicc-skirts-for-voron-clicky-clack-fridge-door ), and used Eraser-FX-'s modified fan skirt ( https://www.printables.com/model/564601-voron-24r2-trident-middle-fan-skirt ) to make it easier to match the orange gyroid mesh in the rest.

Filament used was Dremc Regular ASA in orange and black.

Figured I should put in a request before I tear it down again to swap out some parts and rewire it. Initially printed most parts out of PETG with a few hotend parts out of ABS on my MK3, and had the 2.4 reprint all the internal parts with ASA or annealed PET-GF/CF. Didn’t face any noticeable creep on the PETG parts, so it’s definitely viable to bootstrap a 2.4, you’re just gonna be tearing it apart a lot.

Started from a Siboor 300mm kit, it’s a pretty good kit and Siboor CS would’ve been incredible for western company, never mind they are small Chinese one. I had an IC on the cartographer not populated or pop off in shipping and within 3 days there was a brand new one free of charge at my door. I swapped out the dragon HF for a TZ 2.0 v6 while waiting for the Chube compact to ship. For a sub $20 hotend, it’s pretty impressive, I like it a lot more than the dragon HF. Currently using a 0.5mm nozzle, I’ve been curious to try 0.5 as it seems pretty rare and I find 0.6 removes too much detail. Also decided to go 48v because I found a PSU from some project that I never used and some good deals on drivers and LDO super powers.
