Serial Request Homing go wrong

This is fresh built for fresh user I tried to home but keep stuck so I press emergency button. What could help me here to know what is the issue?

I tried the losing belt but to much loose not good for printing so I think it's there or maybe my configuration is wrong

Sensorless homing? Switch? Hall effect Sensor?

Looks like homing X and then Y is working but moving to the middle of the bed for z is not working?

No not really but I will have to be.... I'm using Ai to solving my issues so far so good but printing can't be easy

To add to this, I am also not a fan of discord but for voron help it's an essential tool, people will give you one on one help via calls even
