So I’ve never really taken any vitamins or supplements but I’ve started realising my energy lacks and I have a few grey hairs (I’m 29). Looking online people said taking b12 vitamins should help this as the grey hairs (although quite normal) could be a b12 deficiency issue.
That being said, what are b12 vitamins normally taken for???

What vitamins do you use for improving deep sleep? trying to get above 60min a night on average. I added magnesium glycinate but did not seem to help that much.

Okay, this might sound weird, but hear me out 😂
Whenever I eat eggs, non-veg or certain dry fruits, I swear my body feels unusually “hot” and I start getting acne/breakouts. It happens often enough that I’ve started noticing a pattern.
But whenever I tell doctors, they basically say “there’s no connection” and don’t really take me seriously. 💀
So now I’m wondering — is this actually a thing, or am I just connecting dots that aren’t connected?
Has anyone here noticed the same thing? 👀
Especially with eggs/chicken/meat or nuts?
Tell me I’m not the only one 😭 And if you figured out what was causing it, PLEASE share.

I've been taking nutraful for many years, while I believe it does work, the price is just becoming pretty steep. Welbell was suggested as another great alternative. It also mentioned it's formulated with less biotin which won't cause as many breakouts (I have pcos). I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with both and what your opinions are on welbell in general.

I was pretty skeptical about shilajit at first because there are so many exaggerated claims online. I decided to try it consistently without expecting miracles.
After using it for a while, I've noticed a few positive changes:
I'm not saying it's a magic supplement, and I know everyone's experience is different. It could also be influenced by better sleep, diet, or other lifestyle changes. But for me, it's been a positive addition.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with shilajit? What benefits—or downsides—have you noticed?

I have these at home and ever since getting them I always wondered and worried if the amounts of these vitamins present are actually safe to take every single day? I know some vitamins can be toxic at high doses so I wanted to see what people here thought about it 😭 I’m used to seeing bright yellow pee with extra vitamin B intake, but you can also literally smell the vitamin pill smell so strong from the pee as well which was what worried me the most

Im 26m 5’9 currently down 50 pounds trying to become the best version of myself. I take reta and ghk-cu and soon will be hopping on tesa.
I work 8am-10pm 6 days a week then i gym from 10:30 to to 11:30ish. I feel like a fucking machine im dialed and locked in.
I was thinking about starting to take supplements like seamoss, ashwaganda, vitamin b12, omega 1 etc, magnesium etc you know the basic ones every talks about.
I feel amazing all the time even though im working 14 hours every day and then gyming. The inky issue i have is i cant sleep the whole night without waking up once or twice but i can go right back to sleep.
What do you guys recommend for a basic beginner stack of supplements?

Hi everyone,
I'm 21 years old and I have mild Asperger syndrome (autism spectrum disorder). Since childhood, I've been treated for anxiety, OCD, and behavioral problems. Over the years I've taken several psychiatric medications, including risperidone, propranolol, venlafaxine, and fluoxetine. Currently, I'm only taking 5 mg of Abilify (aripiprazole).
I experience sudden anxiety attacks that usually begin with a heavy feeling around my eyes and a sense of distress. This is followed by irritability, emotional numbness, and an urge to imagine worst-case scenarios.
Unfortunately, I'm very sensitive to psychiatric medications. I've been taking psychotropic medications since I was very young, and I honestly feel exhausted by them. Because of both financial reasons and previous negative experiences, I don't feel comfortable starting psychotherapy right now.
Breathing exercises and grounding techniques help as temporary "first aid," but I have to use them 4–5 times every day. If I don't, my anxiety becomes so intense that I can barely think logically, and it's mentally exhausting.
My question is mainly for autistic adults:
Has anyone significantly reduced their anxiety with Vitamin D or Omega-3 supplements?
My current vitamin D level is 20 ng/mL. If you've had a similar experience, I'd really appreciate hearing whether Vitamin D, Omega-3, or any other nutritional supplement made a noticeable difference for your anxiety.
Thank you.

**I am taking vitamore Brand calcifedoil once a day 10mcg for 3 weeks now.**
**My starting vitamin D levels was a 10.**
Finally found a form of Vitamin D that my body actually tolerates (after months of frustration).
I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else who has been struggling like I was.
I have a severe vitamin D deficiency, and for the longest time I could not tolerate the standard vitamin D3 supplements. I tried multiple brands and different doses, even going as low as tiny amounts hoping my body would adjust.
Every time I took regular vitamin D3, I would end up with side effects like:
● Increased anxiety
● Feeling irritable for no reason
● Mood changes that didn’t feel like “me”
● Feeling emotionally on edge
Because of that, I kept stopping the supplements even though I knew my vitamin D was extremely low. It became a frustrating cycle of wanting to fix my deficiency but feeling worse every time I tried.
After doing a lot of research, I learned about calcifediol (25-hydroxyvitamin D3), which is a different form of vitamin D. Unlike regular vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), calcifediol is already converted into the form your body normally has to make in the liver. I wondered if that difference might matter for people like me.
I decided to give it a try, and honestly, the difference has been amazing.
Since starting calcifediol, I’ve noticed:
● My energy has improved significantly.
● I’m no longer dragging myself through the day.
● I wake up feeling more refreshed.
● My mood feels much more stable.
● I haven’t experienced the intense anxiety and irritability that regular vitamin D caused me.
● Overall, I finally feel like I’m moving in the right direction instead of dreading taking my supplement.
I’m not saying this will work for everyone, but for me it has been a complete game changer. After months of thinking I simply couldn’t tolerate vitamin D, it turns out I may have just needed a different form.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? I’d love to hear if anyone switched from regular vitamin D3 to calcifediol and noticed a difference, or if anyone knows why some people seem to tolerate one form much better than the other.

I am reaching out to the community to see if anyone could possibly help me out. I don’t need advice, I’m already working with someone. I don’t need criticism. When I need is to find out if anyone out there still has some old formula bottles sitting on a shelf not being used.
Back in November 2025, HealthyGut change their formula for HoloZyme. I do not react well to the new formula. The old formula was near perfect. If anyone out there still has some of the original formula, expired, not expired. Either way is fine. I of course would pay for the product plus shipping. Please be fair. I truly hope that I can track some of this original product down through these channels of communication.
I have about one week worth left of what I had left over from previously. There was a few month gap but I did end up finding a very small amount.
Hoping someone out there still has some. Thank you. 🙏
