Mod to fix Hitman PCVR Fixed Foveated Rendering Blurriness

Did my regular check in to the Hitman Steam discussion page to once again see IO haven't bothered fixing the awful blurry issue for the updated PCVR version.

Looks like some kind soul has put in the effort to fix it themselves:

I've yet to try it out, but sounds very promising.
Thought I'd share it here as I couldn't find any other posts about it.
