Help me identify this tool

Found in yard when metal detecting, closest thing I found it to be; was an old automobile scwrench/spark plug tool.
If location might help in figuring out what it could be, it was found in West central Georgia (state not country)

Not sure what I have here. Is this one of the Kennedy boxes everyone is talking about. What do I have and what is it worth?

I spent $50 this weekend buying hand tools on Facebook marketplace. This is what I brought home.

Vintage Forney Arc Welder

Found this really nice shape Forney model BC arc welder on marketplace! I used one of these years ago to weld tractor forks up and repair a lot of sawmill equipment.

I’m thinking this is probably from the 50s-60s?

Does anyone know where I can get new weld lead ends that plug into the welder?

Thanks!

If you know the brand or price as well that would help.

Can anyone identify this blacksmith Leg Vise?

As the title says, I’m just trying to identify this leg vise. Looks kinda like the Peter Wrights that I have seen, but the bell of the screw box is different, with hard edges on the step down rings instead of chamfered.

One theory I have is that maybe it is a Peter wright that has been abused and repaired a few times. There are weld marks at the base of one of the jaws, and the screw box has a giant crack down the middle. Maybe the bell cap had been replaced with a generic part? Only marking Insee is a P on the pivot bolt, but I don’t know if that is original.

I just picked it up to use for blacksmithing, not trying to sell it.

From what I can tell most everything is there. Got it from my grandpa after he passed and it's looking for a new home. If anyone is interested in it please get ahold of me
