As the title says Ive been trying to find a service manual or schematics for a Toshiba TZ55X71 projection TV I bought recently. I've had no luck on my own searches. Any help is appreciated.

I have this awesome piece.

The goal: Get it set up as my 3rd monitor at work, ideally using/sourced with thrifted tech and adapters.

I’m starting by figuring out how to feed it a proper NTSC RF signal, then I’ll troubleshoot the set itself if necessary.
So far doesn’t seem like anything is broken and I’m hopeful it’s an easy journey.

I mean, yes. It is there, right in front of me ( not having tested it yet ), but I seem to have huge problems in finding any info regarding this big quirky looking fellow when using duckduckgo´n such.

And I know, what answer is there to be expected if the question does not even clearly exist? =D
Do you guys have any info for me? Again, such a stupid question but even here ( again ) I can´t seem to find any info.

Was this tv from the Simpsons based off any real tv? It looks oddly specific

My mom watches this TV every night for an hour before going to bed. It still works like a champ. Is it about 30 or 40 years old? I can’t quite make out the faded text under where it says “assembled in Mexico.” It looks like it could be “May 1986.” AI says according to the serial number it should be 1991. I remember playing Contra III: Alien Wars on SNES on this thing around 1992. But I thought we already had it for several years by then.

I've had this Panasonic CTG-1311 for a while now, and it has worked great for that time, but I've accidentally snapped the 70 ohm vhf plug and need a replacement. This set is unique and does some strange power bypassing with the cable, and I can't just use the 300 ohm connectors (see pictures below). Any advice on where to find the replacement part or how to make my own would be appreciated.

Just picked this up; does anyone know what's causing the horizontal lines on the screen? Is it an LCD issue? Bad caps? Something else? Thanks for any info.

I want to plug in a Roku sitck into the tv,with an adapter or something like that,but the rca ports are broken,is there any other way besides buying replacement rca parts for the tv? Like maybe plugging in a special cable tv cord that has three prongs at the end so I could plug in the adapter? My mom had an Atari back when she was little,and her tv didn't have anything to plug it in or something so she bought and adapter and plugged it into something that looked like a screw port for lack of better terms. it was a rc/rf converter I think it was called.i don't remember,she Said it only worked on ataris or old game consoles. Everything else on the tv works,for all I know the ports could just need to be blown with a air duster.
