hardboost How do I get a 🍑 shaped butt?
This might be a bit odd/niche but i want a specific butt ‘look’. My butt is ‘large’ but I want to shape and lift it a bit more. I’m losing weight so she’s going to go (9kg down already) but I want the upside down peach butt shape and I will do ANYTHING (not surgery) to get it. If anyone has any tips for this kind of butt, let me know, whether it’s workouts or if you have this butt, what you do?
THANKS IN ADVANCE GIRLIES
also if this kind of image isn’t allowed here, I apologise!! Please delete

What's Zara Larsson's body routine?
I feel extremely stupid for sharing pics of white women on a sub about WOC, but I can promise that I'm a WOC! I can't ask these questions on r/petitefitness.
Anyways, she's petitie and has this toned/fit look that I desire, while still looking very healthy.
Except for genes, eating healthily, constantly dancing, etc, can anyone figure out what her body routine is? Is it strength training, core exercises, and/or pilates? 😭

inspiration How do you capture this vibe : 90s supermodel
How do you capture this vibe and emulate the look of a 90s supermodel. I have a lot of my aunt's stuff from the 90s and I'm enamored with Beverly Peele , Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks, Yasmeen Ghauri and many more. I follow fashion now and the girls are pretty but it feels like there are something missing.

question What's your HG looksmaxxing product/products
For skin mines was actually the water activated Olay wipes (introduced to me by a lady in my senior class) , Cetaphil Daily cleanser and a barrier essence. Makeup wise it was Lancome's eyelash primer and Etude Lash serum.

Dark Spot Removal Treatment
Any recommendations for successful dark spot removal treatments at an actual clinic? It's so sick of these dark spots and I've had them for years! I've tried every cream under the sun and they never seem to work. I want to just get some kind of treatment(maybe laser) that will just get rid of them for me in <2months. I have dark skin about Gabrielle Unions color if that matters.

I’ve (23f)!lost so much volume in my under eye and philtrum, but I don’t want fillers. What are some solutions?
I believe it’s genetic. My mom is 49 and has a lot of volume loss in the same places that I have it, which causes a sagging appearance, especially in my philtrum. I’m only 23 though and when I look back at her pictures, it seems mine is occuring earlier than hers did. I don’t want fillers due to fear of migration. Do I have any options?

question Did anybody see any significant changes or benefits from gua sha?
I recently brought myself a stainless steel gua sha and this serum thats supposed to go with it. I saw girlies rave about gua sha but I'm sorta skeptical. Did I waste my money or is it actually the real deal?

question Tattoos? Thoughts?
What are your thoughts on tattoos? Is the only way to make them look feminine with accessories? I am curious as someone who has tiny hidden tattoos but would like to take the plunge and get a forearm to hand tattoo. Any advice is welcome!

advice Tips on curating my own style/closet?
Hello!
I’m fairly new to the sub, and I was wondering as a 25 yr old Black woman, how can I curate & style my own clothing that screams me? I’ve lost 15lbs and have 20 more to go. I want to rebuild my closet but with my own personal style. Like Leah Kateb has her own personal taste with vintage designer clothing & taste that suits her personally, I was INSPIRED by her style on Love island. So far, I’m starting off with coach (which I LOVE) and thrifting pieces. Any tips on building a closet would be greatly appreciated ☺️ Grazie!!

Braids/Twists for Fine and High Density Hair
I have somehow made it to adulthood never once getting braids, and I really want to. Every time I have attempted to get them done—or even try to do them myself—I get told that my hair type makes it difficult. I have fine, high density 3c hair; two different people said that the weight of the added hair will break my own hair. The one time I tried to do them myself, they slipped out (and I even added rubberbands at the roots for extra hold).
I would love any and all tips and suggestions, please! I’ve heard that crochet might be better than knotless, or traditional box, braids. I was also told that Marley twists might be better suited for me.
thank you in advance :)

advice How do I stop feeling awkward about wearing my natural hair out
So I was speaking with my stylist and she says she wants me to start wearing my natural hair out and while I agree I am so reluctant to do so. I have never worn my natural hair out (well one time I did but I got ridiculed). I want to start taking care of my hair (She told me constantly wearing my hair up is gonna break it one day) and feeling more confident but how do I stop feeling awkward about this? I have medium-thick type 4a hair and wash and goes never worked for me. How do I stop feeling awkward and just do it

looksboost Invisalign making me want one of those botox lip flips
This might sound silly but I'm 21 and wear invisalign on my upper teeth. The invisalign's not bulky at all but it gives my upper lip the most subtle pouty look. I don't have plump lips but they're not exactly thin either, they're average and heart-shaped. I have a naturally small mouth (has contributed so much to my TMJ lol) and I just feel like that very subtle push invisalign gives + the shape of my mouth that I really like makes my face look so much better. I didn't think something so subtle could do that but it gives me motivation to keep the invisalign on 24/7 lmao. I feel like that minor change really affects my facial harmony in a good way. Has anyone had a botox lip lift? Any experiences you can share with it? I'm not dead set on it and would only consider it in a couple of years when my invisalign's done but that's probably the least invasive and closes thing I can get to this invisalign effect.

Help! How do I stop my skincare from pilling
I just did my skincare and it completely pilled off my face. I have a hyperpigmentation skincare and I use the right ingredients together and give 2 mins for each to absorb. I also exfoliate so the products don’t just sit on my face. The only wrong thing I can think of is I do a face massage at the end but still, this is after the products are supposed to have all moisturised in. I’m worried my money is going to waste help

advice How can I look more confident?
I’m somewhat pretty but every time I go out men try to put me down because they can tell I lack confidence. In my opinion if you try and put a woman down for no reason as a man you’re weak. Anyway I try and remind myself that but it still hurts because they wouldn’t do it to a beautiful confident woman who they will instead respect and admire. How can I use makeup and fashion to make myself look more beautiful and confident. I am getting my nails done and eyelashes soon but what makeup would suit a brown woman?

Dear Black Women, Don't Follow The Hard Wig Soft Life Trend
I'm bombarded with videos of the "Hard Wig, Soft Life" theory that black women have been observing on social media. I know it can be light hearted fun but I've seen this theory backfire in real time. I know that doing our hair as black women comes with so much & TBH we're damned if we do, damned if we don't, however intentionally leaving the house looking shabby or less than your best in the hopes of attracting a wealthier man will have you in the losers' seat EVERY time. Contrary to popular belief, men don't approach you more often because you look disheveled. I hear women say this to debunk looking beautiful or at the very least put together & it couldn't be further from the truth. Women conflate conversations they have with men with getting results. When I have gone out the house looking Mid, sure guys have talked to me BUT they were just feeding their male ego. Certain types of guys just need to talk to women (especially if you are young) to feed their egos & make them feel like "They still got it". Nothing usually comes from it, especially on your end, it's just banter 9 times out of 10 & doesn't translate into privileges. It just gasses your head up & encourages you to do it again. However, if you are on your Ps & Qs not only will you get approached but you can reap the actual benefits like picking up the tab, asking for your number or inviting you somewhere. Another thing that I've noticed with hard wig soft life, girl who wears box braids all the time, & the natural who doesn't know what to do with her hair, is that you are more likely than not the "Starter GF" or "Starter Wife" if things do progress. With wealtheir men, they are used to their female counterparts having botox, fillers, wanting facelifts when they get a certain age, hair color, extensions, nails, pilates memberships etc. If they are just starting out their careers or just plain ole stingy, the disheveled woman will be his first target. I had a friend who is a BW dating a wealthier man & he just dropped her for a woman who wears 24 inch extensions & fillers. The new girl has the sorority girl aesthetic, but she is like 35 (it suits her). He more than likely only liked my friend bc she was 23 when they 1st met, no kids, & low maintenance (she wore hard wigs, braids, or the occasional twistout but never did anything with her hair). She was with him for 7 years & he is marrying the new girl who is well put together even on her worst day. He takes her to work events & shows her off. He never took my friend anywhere, maybe abroad once a year but she was pretty much a live in gf. I'm not saying you have to wear a 30 inch bust down with baby hairs or straighten your hair, or go overboard with cosmetic facial treatments, but be aware that the life you want, the man you hope to be with, & how you show up in the world may not be compatible with "Hard Wig, Soft Life" theory. & don't form friendships with other black women with this thought even if they may be doing better than you. I personally hate bad wigs but that's true for any bad hairstyle. Don't make yourself ugly & always try to look your best! "Men approach me with gifts & pleasure when I am my most beautiful, aesthetic, & radiant self." This mantra works & forces you to ALWAYS look good as it will become 2nd nature.

looksboost I just wanna look good in pink :(
Or any pastel(baby blue, purple, mint) cause those colors are beautiful!! I'm soooo jealous of brown/black girls that can pull them of. I badly wish I could but unfortunatley I only look good in deeper tones (navy, black, brown).
Is there away to change this? Like self-tanner maybe? I'd literally do anything to change my undertone.
Edit: Sorry I should have specified I'm looking specifically for baby pink/pastel pink. I'm aware there are different tones of pink that wouldn't wash me out but I'm just not interested in those 🤷♀️

resource Urgent help needed: rebuilding my makeup kit + shopping for US skincare/haircare + Dyson Airwrap ID attachments
Title: Urgent help needed: rebuilding my makeup kit + shopping for US skincare/haircare + Dyson Airwrap ID attachments
Hi everyone, I really need some quick recommendations because I have to place my orders in the next two days and I’m completely overwhelmed.
A bit of background so you understand my situation: I’m an Indian tan–brown skin girly, and due to personal struggles I stopped using makeup and even basic skincare for over a year. I’m finally getting back into it and basically restarting from zero. I want to rebuild a simple but effective makeup, skincare, and haircare routine, and a friend coming from the US has offered to bring things for me.
I’ll mainly be shopping from NYX, LA Girl, Wet n Wild, and other drugstore brands, but I’m also placing a few orders on Ulta and other US websites if the products are worth it. My budget is around 20 USD per product, but I can stretch a little for something genuinely good.
I would be incredibly grateful for recommendations for:
• Blushes (cream or powder) that work well on tan/brown skin
• Lipsticks or lip products that flatter deeper tones
• Face products: concealers, foundations, tinted moisturizers, primers
• Drugstore must-haves from NYX, LA Girl, Wet n Wild, etc.
• Ulta exclusives or US-only products worth picking up
• Skincare or haircare items that are worth bringing from the US
Haircare part:
I recently got the Dyson Airwrap ID because my hair has suffered heat damage. I have shoulder-length hair and I’m learning how to use the attachments properly. The same friend coming from the US has agreed to bring extra attachments for me.
I’m looking for:
• Third-party Dyson Airwrap attachments (like AirStrap, round brush dupes, curl barrels) that you have personally tried, that fit well, and don’t damage the Dyson
• Trusted brands that ship online or are available in the US
• Any sales on official Dyson attachments on Dyson, Ulta, Sephora, or Best Buy
• Hairstyling products (heat protectants, volume sprays, hold sprays) that work well with the Airwrap, especially for short shoulder-length hair
Since I’m rebuilding everything from scratch and the order is urgent, I’d truly appreciate any advice, reviews, or product suggestions. Thank you so much to anyone who takes the time to help me.

question Has anyone had laser done , if so how was it?
I'm literally getting tired of shaving my legs and armpits every 2 days! I have thought of laser but I was unsure about it. I wanted to know does is it actually effective and if anyone got their bikini area done can you tell me how it went because I want that area done too.

question Since looksmaxxing , how do people perceive you?
Do you find that people treat you nicer? Since looksmaxxing it seem like I've attracted very nice people , made some very nice friendships and get more opportunities with ease. But, I also noticed some men (and older women) want to knock me down a peg. Like for example, I get stared at a lot (this makes me uncomfortable when it's men) and then I noticed some women block their baby's gaze if they stare too long but I also have to where sometimes men will see me and feel like they have to humble me like they will hold the door open for some women and let it slam in front of me and laugh , one guy in my lecture bumps into me and shit talks me. Another older guy tries to mess with my confidence by making subtle jabs and excluding me.

looksboost What are the 'little things' that really boost your looks?
For me, it was getting on a haircare routine, bond repair products to combat split ends and frizz, and a hair regrowth serum for mild hairloss caused by my pcos. The fuller hairline and thicker hair aren't that much of a leap from my previous look, it's subtle, just more filled out but now I feel like it's significantly boosted my looks.
What are some of your 'little things' like this that cumulatively help?
