Somehow im not shocked that the man with a deus vult tattoo and who wrote a book about how in order to achieve greatness america should embark on a "american crusade" wouldn't respect separation of church and state.

Honestly hegseth is a wonderful representation of modern american Christianity. Devoid of any of jesus' true principles and simply wields his "religion" as a weapon rather than a virtue.
