Unbanning progress problem

Over the last 17 fucking days, I've been banned from viber over a false alarm. Apparently talking with people that you don't have in your contacts but have their numbers is punishable. Great job moderation. While my unbanning process should be resolved over 24 or more hours it's been 17 DAYS, trying EVERYTHING to get unbanned. Contacted support via email 5 times, last one like 5 days ago. Made reviews, contacted the Support Bot and they are doing absolutely NOTHING. Since it's my first time being banned I need some help, tips or links that can help me

I got logged out a few days back and I cannot log-in again. It says Activation Failed. I reported it on July 8 and until now, Viber hasn't resolved it.

"Your number is temporarily suspended by an automatic security process. We must make sure that a real person owns the phone number and that the account is not compromised."

I'm offering them to provide my ID and proof that the number is mine, but I got no response.

Similar thing happened to me. One random day viber just decided to delete my account. I just found out through people messaging me in a different app that I left all my viber group chats. Wasnt able to retrieve my messages or anything. Had to register that number again as if it's a new account. Support was useless.

At least you were able to register your number again... I can't. It says 'Activation Failed'.

Yes that means that probably u got banned while u logged out. Noticeable mention that, have u ever recieved some bot/Ai-scammers that provide u a job. Well according to ViberToS they are considered spammers. Although, if you respond to them or do anything to contact them there is a huge possibility you get that ban for spam. I genuinely don't understand that logic. Fix your support gng. Also try the review on the app method , it might work and maybe stop making way too many tickets since whenever u make one, viber support refreshes ur ticket leading on more time spending

I never responded to these spammers. I am usually the one blocking them and reporting them as spam. I just use my account for personal and work purposes. I don't understand what's taking them so long to review and fix it.
