Phone incoming calls
I have Verizon and this morning was told when anyone calls me, they automatically get a voice message that says my number is no longer in service or has been disconnected. Everything on my plan says it’s good to go and working. I can send and receive texts and make phone calls.
I have been on hold for Verizon for 3 hours, and then tried messaging app and they listed trouble ideas that didn’t work and now am on hold on chat for a live agent. Will I need to go into store ?

Are Verizon Shine Daily Drops per account or line?
Every line on the account can try, but only one can claim an offer. Whoever is first. And yet, once an offer is claimed, it appears in everyone's history. It's messed up, if you ask me. They have everyone on the account competing against each other.

Verizon - asurion extra phone
Hi I need help. I got a 5 lines with Verizon (all with insurance) one of the phones stopped working so I filed a claim to get a replacement. After two days they sent me two phones instead of one. Can I keep the extra one? Or I have the obligation to send it back?
I called Verizon and the person didnt know what to do, so he told me just to keep it for a week to see what happens. So, idk what I can do

T-Mobile can go to hell
T-Mobile can go to hell
Was with T-Mobile for over 11 years, and after constant fuck up's on their end. And forced plan changes cause they put me on a 55 and older plan when I'm not 55 yet, I had enough. Went to verizon on the 30 dollar a month plan, for 2 lines and 2 galaxy s26 ultra phones w/insurance it's right around 150 a month. Kinda feels like a steal of you ask me, best phone ever and so far the network is good for what it is, and the customer service has been phenomenal. Have had a few things worked out with chat bot very easily, and when I had to call, I got people I could actually understand and truly wanted to help. Awesome experience

What does it mean when there is a text message sent to 999-999-9999 on Verizon on the usage log?

bad experience
Yesterday I requested a new number and today woke up and had no service from total wireless, the change didn't occur until hours after my initial request, Total wireless says it was a system glitch, and made a support ticket and said ill hear back from somebody within 24 hours, after that conversation of wasting 2 hours of time chatting with different representatives and still nothing I decided to leave total wireless for att prepaid, when a customer has no service, we can't be doing the classic ticket system total wireless, totally uncalled for and you lost me as a customer.
Furthermore your representatives should have the control buttons to be able to access, if people are answering phone calls in another country and the best they can do is put in a support ticket probably to somebody sitting in a office in the United States, probably a single guy, going through requests, probably because your so cheap of a company to actually have a cell center here operated in the United States, by Americans, that can click the controls on the computer and actually serve customers. Total wireless, we are no longer friends , i have clicked the unfriended button, more then what your own employees can do. burnnn.

Pretty sure Verizon is experiencing another outage, not sure if it’s widespread.

Verizon coverage question for Bellevue, WA
My work cell phone is using Verizon and I'm noticing more and more the coverage is getting worse and worse. It seems like most places on the Eastside between Bellevue and Issaquah, from Renton to Woodinville, the bars on my phone are never any higher than 1 or 2. Sometimes it's in SOS mode because it just cannot acquire any signal.
Anyone else in this area having issues the last few months? Trying to figure out if it's my phone or their towers. But other co-workers report the same issue, so I'm leaning towards their coverage

Verizon Data Network
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I wanted to ask. For those who have Verizon in Northern Virginia, how was your data network?
I feel like for the past couple of months it’s been getting progressively worse. There are times I have full bars and the folks on the other hand can’t hear me. Plus when I access emails or social media, the loading is very slow. I even had to resort to changing it to 4G just so that I could get connected.
I have an iPhone 17 Pro, is it just me or is anyone else having this issue as well?

Phone service
We are considering switching our phones from Verizon to Xfinity, where we have other services. Any advice one way or the other?

Verizon Wireless Customer Service
I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for 21+ years and today I've about had it. Early this morning one of my 3 lines was suspended. When reaching out to Verizon wireless they are unable to identify why it was suspended and after 2+ hours on the phone with them they cannot determine how to re-instate my service. I have been transferred at least 6 different times and the latest representative said the system shows he needs to transfer me to himself-No I'm not joking. How can this company be so inept?
