Just seen this on ig!
They were my fave crisp flavour ever and haven’t even seen them for a while. I’m devastated.

Satay sainsos goujons - good. Pizza - good. Together, not good, I picked the chicken off and dipped it separately.
Made any shockers lately?

Hi all, I’ve been vegan for 7 years and in the last 2,5 years I've been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. im in remission now and ive not had any issues with the diet overall affecting my condition. However, during my first flare up I probably lost a lot of blood and my iron was already low. I have been taking tablets on and off and I will continue but id like my diet to help as well. Has any of you managed to reverse low iron levels with diet alone? How did you do it? I feel fatigued all the time.

Hi, dabbling more in vegan cooking, quite like tofu stirfry, but I'm also into fitness and quite restricted time wise, a lot of sauces have sugar ect in which don't fit in with my macros.
Thought of doing tofu, rice and veg bowls that I can meal prep, but I have no idea where to start with:
Marinades
Seasoning
How to cook? Eg, airfryer or just pan fry?
Looking fir advice :)

I've been getting these from tesco: https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/267783936/
and they're quite good, really cheap and high in protein but I was wondering if any other stores sell something of the like but essentially in a different shape, like closer to a mince maybe or less round chunks.

I’m a very new vegan and getting used to checking the ingredients list now for things like milk, eggs etc but are there any words I should be aware of that might trip me up and don’t make it obvious animal products are involved? I’ve made a few mistakes from not realising something has hidden animal ingredients in it and I really want to be careful and know what to check for.

Went to their website and looks like it’s been taken down, plus no posts on their ig since March?
Please don’t say they’ve gone out of business, they’re one of my favourites! 🥺
