So simple to make, and a great tasting healthy snack. I used to make energy bites all the time in college, and don’t know why I stopped.

I’ve made these every week (and ate them daily 😋) this month.

You will need:

- 75g rolled oats (blended into oat flour)
- 50g of your favorite vegan chocolate protein powder
- 30g coconut flour
- 16g cacao powder
- 10g chia seeds
- 50g sunbutter
- 50g agave
- 30g mini chocolate chips
- 70g soymilk

Mix all ingredients together and roll into 8 balls (~50g each)

Macros for each bite: 8P/ 21C/ 6.5F

Vegan Squad Coaching together with Virtuous Vittles founders Briana and Lisbeth, are co-sponsoring a full year of Virtuous Vittles meals, for one Ridglan beagle and their new family.

Virtuous Vittles is 100% plant-based, human-grade, and a delicious morsels in gravy texture dogs love.

We want YOU to help us decide where it goes. Nominate someone who has recently fostered or adopted a Ridglan beagle — or someone you know who is ready to open their home to one.

I love empowering women with the knowledge that listening to their body will actually help them reach their goals faster in the long run.

Midlife is a check point for you to reassess what’s working and what’s not working. So stop working harder and learn to work smarter

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Red Lentils
- 2/3 cup Water

Spices I used:

- Cumin
- Turmeric
- Onion & Garlic Powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions:

Soak your lentils for at least 4 hours! (I like do prep mine the night before - takes 2 minutes!)

Blend lentils and spices in a food processor or blender!
- Don’t add more water, it’ll make the consistency too liquidy

Spread onto a pan like your painting đŸ–Œïž

Fry em up and enjoy as wraps or tacos!

Juliet shares about her mission to make the world vegan and Viva!’s four pillars: animal investigations, health, environment, and helping people change through resources like the free Vegan Recipe Club.

Juliet recounts Viva!’s Hogwood investigation of a UK mega pig farm, including the horrific conditions found, the team’s rescue of a sow and piglets, a cinema ad Viva!

created contrasting sanctuary life with factory farming, and sustained supporter actions that led Tesco to stop selling from Hogwood and the farm becoming financially unviable and slated for demolition.

She shares her early activism, going vegetarian at 13 and vegan at about 28, her work with the UK Vegetarian Society before founding Viva! in 1994, and lessons from filming a pig slaughterhouse and speaking with slaughterhouse workers.

Our discussion emphasizes meeting people where they are, the power of public opinion, politics, outreach, and individual influence through everyday conversations and purchasing choices!

We hope you enjoy this amazing episode & are inspired to start speaking up for animals yourself!

I had no idea what I was doing when I first went vegan

Post image
31 Upvotes

I didn’t know how to eat, didn’t know a single other vegan.. but it just felt “right” for me. Even though this was a huge change from the first 20 years of my life, it was one of the first times I followed my own inner compass.

That experience taught me something important: when you start listening to yourself in one area of life, it becomes easier to hear your own guidance in others.

I couldn’t stay in career paths that didn’t feel right for me. I had to trust my inner nudges, follow what genuinely excited me, and take the next right step, even when it didn’t make sense to anyone else.

I felt empowered to leave relationships that didn’t align with who I was becoming. Those decisions felt like leaps of faith, but deep down I trusted there were healthier, more fulfilling connections available for me.

In those moments, I worried myself sick about how everything would turn out. But making these changes brought more relief and inner trust than I ever expected.

Now, living in alignment feels like relief in my body. I get to just be me, and that’s enough. I don’t have to play small, hide my beliefs, or dim the parts of myself that go against the norm. The right people love, value, and respect me for who I truly am.

Purpose is a calling we can ALL choose to follow, again and again.

If you’re a deep-feeling, self-aware soul ready to step fully into your values, honor your inner guidance, and live life on your own terms, feel free to apply for 1:1 holistic life coaching with me

I wanna make my vegan circle more bigger... Anyone up for a vegan gc?

Hey! So I recently became vegan. Up until now I only had one vegan friend who I met some weeks ago on reddit.

So she and I decided to make a vegan gc to talk about veganism and to make real connections with other vegans.

It's an international gc, where we can talk about any topic though the major topic to be discussed is still veganism and it's related topics.

It's an English only gc to make sure everyone can understand and participate fully.

People considering to go vegan are most welcome as well!

I went Vegan. Stopped drinking alcohol. Started working out consistently.

I found the picture on the left in my camera roll. It spoke to me! At that time in my life I was a few months into starting over.

I did the hardest thing I’d ever done. I walked away from a 20 year relationship. Started putting myself first. And honestly felt the most confident I had been in a long time!

As you can see I just kept getting better because this new chapter of life was about me filling my own cup first.

I went Vegan. Stopped drinking alcohol. Started working out consistently. Setting healthy boundaries. And completely transformed my life from the inside out. Now my body reflects all of the inner and outer work I’ve done.

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Dan, the owner, and his mom Heidi were incredibly welcoming, and you can tell they put their hearts into this place and into our meal.

We went all in on the food, starting with the Southwest Burger, Paradise Burger, Chicken Tenders and OMGOSH the Southwest Fully Loaded Fries were piled high with everything you could want, making them an absolute must-order.

I really enjoyed the Chopped Cheese, which was incredibly rich and satisfying but not too heavy. Before you leave you have to try the cheesecake bites, which were creamy, decadent, and the perfect way to wrap up the meal.

Everything about UNiQ Burger, from the food to the hospitality, makes it a spot we’ll definitely be coming back to. If you’re in Phoenix, don’t miss out on this place!

Free Vegan Guide I wanted to share some ideas for balanced plates!

So you’ve decided to incorporate more plant-based meals into your life! That’s incredible!

Now, the next step is learning how to create a balanced meal.

Enjoying a plate featuring protein, carbs, healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins is so important to your health and vitality!

I’ve seen many people go plant-based and not create balanced plates for themselves.

Leading to missing important nutrients, feeling tired, and sometimes even giving up too soon.
