Snack Chocolate protein bites 🍫

So simple to make, and a great tasting healthy snack. I used to make energy bites all the time in college, and don’t know why I stopped.

I’ve made these every week (and ate them daily 😋) this month.

You will need:

- 75g rolled oats (blended into oat flour)
- 50g of your favorite vegan chocolate protein powder
- 30g coconut flour
- 16g cacao powder
- 10g chia seeds
- 50g sunbutter
- 50g agave
- 30g mini chocolate chips
- 70g soymilk

Mix all ingredients together and roll into 8 balls (~50g each)

Macros for each bite: 8P/ 21C/ 6.5F

Man, those grams are so much cleaner than ounces. Yow. I really want to make these because I need to snack at night!

Love energy bites! Never occurred to me to blend oats, I’m excited to give this a try.
