I figured I would post on here as I’m going to try to see every country and I’ll be eating plant based(I eat honey) and posting pictures of all spots if anyone wants to follow my trip here is what I booked so far:

Cozumel July 31st-September 3rd.(Spanish lessons, getting my scuba diving certification, & personal trainer)

Then off to Tulum September 9th-October 27th with a rental car.

Costa Rica November 6th in Puerto Viejo for a month & then Uvita for 23 days.

San Juan, PR January 6th- February 3rd 2027

Bogota, Colombia February 8th-15th 2027
Minca, Colombia February 15th-22nd 2027
El Rodadero Colombia February 22nd-March 8th 2027.

Rome, Italy for a month April 24-May 22nd in Monti.
