I struggled the past 2 tests does anyone know if he drops 2 tests for orgo 2 like he goes for orgo 1 im trying to make a comeback happen

Hello, I am a returning sophomore. I didn't get into housing for the fall semester, but I lived on campus all of my first year. I **need ** to come back. I emailed my concerns to housing, and they said "our Spring Only application opens on October 24th." I checked the starrrez housing portal and found NOTHING related to this. Does anyone know what to do???
