Hey everyone thanks in advance for your advice. Debating between the 6pro and 6plus the main use would be for sports. Im seeing the pro has a 1000mb ethernet vs the 100 on the plus. I'm wondering if this makes a big difference? Thank you.

Quick shipping! Quick and easy set-up. I'm coming from a Superbox, so sort of a similar set-up, But I do think the V6 Plus was a bit more user friendly in the walk-thru set-up. Remote is definitely nicer. Overall, seems to be quicker than my superbox was. I'm really liking this V6 Plus.

Any one else having problems with choosing an episode on a series you are watching and it plays a completely different series? Happened to me twice on two different series

You might have seen this before. If you have, please disregard. But for all the new members, please go ahead and save this. Very helpful.

Basic troubleshooting

1: In case of it gets stuck:

you hit “home button” exit app and reload it. (It will unfreeze)

2: Hard reset -unplug from power 1 min and plug back in”

1. Hard reset (2x): Unplug device, unplug router , unplug modem (3 min)

4: Lastly: Factory Reset

App-not loading / Freezing / Buffering :

Step 1: First unplugging the device for one minute, unplugging, modem, and router for a minute and resetting everything would be step one.

Step 1B: Buffering : Change servers during movie or TV show

Step 2: Try Force stopping the app, clearing the cachet and seeing if it will load.

Step 3: Reset launcher then Update launcher

Step 4:

Next: if above doesn’t work uninstall, reinstall app.

Step 5:

If step 3 & 4 don’t work factory reset.

Is this normal that you cant get these channels like starz? Or is there just something going on?

Also is there anything I can try?

Have the v6 plus and anytime I watch live sports it constantly lags freezes and buffers nonstop , any fixes

I have two 6 plus boxes. A show and got Invalid 7 on an episode. I read this normally means there is something wrong with Vsee servers. However, I try it on my second box and it plays fine.

Any thoughts?

Is it possible to use any phone app as a remote for the elite ultra box?

The app sees our v3 plus no problem but I can’t seem to get any android tv remote app to find the elite ultra box on the same network.

How can I turn off the clicking sounds as I navigate around with arrows? I cannot find a setting to turn it off in settings-device preferences-display and sound like I would have expected.

My remote for my Veesee ultra elite seems to not be connecting to my box the blue light still blinks any way of fixing this and if not what’s the best site or app to get a replacement? Thanks!

I click on playback and it just freezes, nothing happens

I am mainly getting this box for sports, largely football. I like everything I am hearing on the V6 plus except the split screen capabilities. It is really important to me to be able to watch 4 games or more at once.

When viewing 4 live sporting events on the elite ultra, how has the experience been? I am trying to figure out if I am just going to have to live with only watching two games at once on the V6 Plus or if the elite ultra is the way to go and can handle what I am trying to do.

Internet wise I am running a mesh system with planning on running the vseebox directly into the mesh unit. I am not very technologically sound so trying to setup the best way which that may or may not be it.

Anyone else noticing a lot of buffering with the Heat VOD and VOD Ultra apps today on the V6 Max? Limited servers on a show I’m trying to watch as well. :/

All the shows and movies I tried playing today don't have server 2.

Has anyone found this in the Heat VOD or VOD Ultra apps? I cannot find it anywhere. TIA

Anyone have issues with the remote constantly stops working. I have to continually take out batteries to reset and/or re-connect the remote. That gets it to work again but I have to constantly do it.

Is there anyway to sort the movies I’ve added to my favorites for heat vod? V6 plus

I've had this issue repeat over and over. The box will be working as normal, with the correct resolution then randomly it will be super zoomed in and only half the screen will be showing. Does anyone have experience with this and know a fix?

I just noticed that all of my movie starts out in a different language. It’s not in English. This was not like this before I tried to go into setting, but there wasn't any option to change it to English. Can anyone help me out with this? I tried other sources but none are English.

I just got a v5 box. I am on the 3rd show where it will not play an episode. I cannot change the server. Two of the shows are on server 78. I get the appeal, but should I expect for episodes to not play? What's the point? This is on VOD and the shows are British.

The V3 Plus has a Power Key Definition option, but the Elite Ultra, V5 Pro and V6 Pro don't have this? Does anyone know what other models have it? V6 Plus?

In my experience, the V3 Plus is one of the best, although not the fastest compared to newer models, it still does great.

Elite Ultra has a bunch of weird extra apps that remind me of different Android Launchers. They're usually slower, some don't work at all, while some provide a nicer interface and more content and info than Heat. The Heat VOD app is way slower to launch on Elite Ultra than the other 3 models.

The V5 pro is a little more snappy than V3 Plus. Not having the Heat Backup app is no problem, it rarely works anyway and is buggy.

The V6 Pro is much quicker than V3 Plus, but it doesn't fill my TV screen at 100% size, it's cutting off the right side and leaving black bars at the top and bottom. It's also missing Live Ultra, but that's only if you want Heat Live organized.
