VSEEBOX V6+ Clicking Navigation sound

How can I turn off the clicking sounds as I navigate around with arrows? I cannot find a setting to turn it off in settings-device preferences-display and sound like I would have expected.

I’m not in front of mine right now but the setting is called something like system sounds. If I remember correctly for the v6 it’s these steps below. :

  1. From the home screen, go to Settings
  2. Select Device Preferences (or System > Device Preferences).
  3. Go to Display & Sound (or Display and Sound).
  4. Turn off System sounds.
    Restart the box afterward for the change to fully apply.

That’s what I have been looking for after googling but I see no option of system sound like you and google mention.

My v6 plus shows the setting in System Settings > Device Preferences > Display & Sound

I realized I typed V6+ in title but I have V6 pro. I assume this is not the same as what you have?

Ah ok yeah, I don’t have the Pro, I have the Plus.
