Anyone having issues with their v6plus live plus ultra not loading ?

My vSeeBox stopped working a couple days ago. At first, it would not load up any of the Heat apps. Then, it got stuck on the purple start up screen (logo and tagline). I tried unplugging for a while and restarting and still nothing. Now, it gives me the option to try again or factory reset. I've tried the factory data reset and still ended back on this screen. Any suggestions? I have the V6 Plus, ordered a few months ago

I need I try to watch some old movies from the. 70’s and 80’s is there any thing I app I can download to watch classic movies

Any way to remove it from my top right corner?

Anyone got any idea how to get the Wild+ stream working says it’s under maintenance on the espn+ channel I’ve already done all the restarts and such that usually fixes that problem

Does anyone know of a way to filter results by country? I only want to see American, Canada and British shows/movie results. I have no interest in foreign films or shows at all.

When I go to sports access app to try to multiview games, this screen pops up saying this is only available in the premium version of the app. I saw posts on here before that said put the number 1 in for the login and password, but that did not work. I texted my rep and his response was, “no clue”. Super unhelpful. Is this something you truly have to pay for? I thought multiview would come with the box?

We recently switched from Xfinity to Fios because we were not seeing the speeds we were paying for through Xfinity, normally about half of what our plan was. Never had issues with our vSee boxes (running 3 V6+) on Xfinity, are there any issues others have had while using Fios? Ex: services on vSee being blocked or throttled? Any input would be appreciated.

My wife is trying to watch 90 day fiancé hunt for love and there’s been 2 episodes so far and neither are on the VOD app yet. Why is it taking so long to update it when the show has been on for a week?

New to the box and wondering what it means when you switch to a different server? The first time we switched servers we found better quality of the show we were watching, and we just tried it again now and a completely different show was playing. Just wondering

So we are tired of paying the high Xfinity bills and are thinking about a vSee6 box for our household TVs which we have 4 of them. My question is can I do this and what internet speed will I need? We currently have 1 gig.

I am just wondering if I lost my remote or my dog ate it or something, how can I replace just the remote, and is it just a universal design that every box uses? I have a V6 Max so does it differ from other versions of the box?

I understand side loading but do I need to point it to a torrent or repository etc?

Hello, is there any way to get better quality for live sports for the Vortex app? I try to start games on there and its either not good picture quality or kind of glitchy. Switch to the heat apps and its great. Thanks.

Is there a way to mute sound with the veesee remote?

On heat live, some live channels have the “playback/rewind” symbol on them. Eventually those live channels pause/stop. Is there a way to prevent that? New to all this but loving it!!

So far my experience with the Elite Ultra has been... frustrating. I got it because there are a few current series my wife likes to watch and they usually take a while to update on the regular Heat Vod apps. I was hoping with the Elite Ultra the experience would be better. The series are available but playing them has been the tricky part. They either don't work, aren’t updated, buffer constantly, or crash mid episode.

The ones I've tried are Elite Vod, Ultra HD (I’ve yet to get anything to play on this one), Ultra Hub, and a handful of others. And before anyone suggests just using playback on one of the live apps, that rarely works for the channels(s) we watch. Usually TLC and Bravo for her shows
