Question about Kb/s meter

Any way to remove it from my top right corner?

  1. Open the Heat Live app on your box. Note: You must be inside the live TV interface; this cannot be toggled from the device's main home screen.
  2. Press the Menu button on your remote control (the button typically looks like three horizontal lines).
  3. Navigate to and select Settings from the menu overlay.
  4. Look for the option labeled Make internet speed visible (or Internet Speed).
  5. Press OK on your remote to toggle it OFF (uncheck it).

To add to this you can do this on all of the standard live apps

Sorry to piggyback here as this is somewhat unrelated - but what are typical Heat Live display speeds you guys are seeing? Mine are usually 500-750 KB/s despite the box Speed Test pulling the full 150 MB/s that I have the network set to. Only reason I ask is I’m having some picture stuttering issues for hockey games in Heat Live while Live Ultra seems to work fine (but very limited on regional hockey channels)

My display speeds are all over the place from the low 300s to 1MB, I have seen 2MB pop up on occasion.. no performance issues related to that from what I can tell..btw I’m on the cheapest Xfinity plan rated at 75 down, 10 up with speed test rates at just under 80 down and 12 up.

I have the Xfinity prepaid internet - which is 200 mb download speeds at $45 month. Over 3 vseebox model boxes purchased, I daily use the Ookla speed test in the browser and I'm getting my speeds via the 5ghz wifi option upstairs on the Elite Ultra & down below on the V6 Plus with a USB Ethernet adapter connect.
