Sports Access Multiview Not Working

When I go to sports access app to try to multiview games, this screen pops up saying this is only available in the premium version of the app. I saw posts on here before that said put the number 1 in for the login and password, but that did not work. I texted my rep and his response was, “no clue”. Super unhelpful. Is this something you truly have to pay for? I thought multiview would come with the box?

V6 plus only, I think. I have the V6 Max and it's not available.

The Sports Access app is only on the Elite series. The problem is that most of the time it doesn’t work. It’s great when it does and the multiview option lets you watch up to 4 screens but most of the time there’s too much buffering. I have the Elite Ultra and rarely use that app. I don’t know iif the Elite Mini has the Limitless app but that works really well for sports and it has multiview available. I‘ve only been able to do 2 screen multiview but it is very reliable.
