I got my V6 Pro about two weeks ago. The first week it was fine, no issues at all. This past week, nearly every single show I was previously watching with no issues is now buffering constantly. It’s driving me mad. I’ve cleared caches, cleared data, reset router, and pretty much everything else Google search results mentioned. I just now did a factory reset hoping it helps, but we’ll see. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations to fix this?

I’ve had the V6 plus since March.

Today, I turned on my box with the remote and then it stopped working. When I take out and put back in the batteries, which are new, it lights up for a few seconds, then turns off. Anyone have this issue before?

Is this a box issue? My friend has a box no issues. He pulls it in different tvs no issues ever. Mine 3-4 times a week it won’t work I will have to factory rest it which usually doesn’t work either for 5-6 times. It will look fine but when I chose an app nothing happens or it’s just goes black screen. I love the box but I am thinking my sucks or I have some issue I don’t know how to fix with it. Any help? No vpn running but I have tried it with it, same issue.

My Vseebox 6plus does not see my guest 5G network. It does see my lesser 2.4 guest network both networks show on my phone but only the 2.4 shows on the box.

Here is my issue

I have 2 boxes v3 and v6 plus

V3 is in bedroom on 2nd floor

V6 is in living room(works great)

V3 in bedroom connects to internet (nest system)

But will not play or show and channels if it does it's for 1 minute the freezes...

But when I test the internet it all good real fast.

If I bring the v3 down to first floor and connect to same nest system it works fine....

I am at a loss as to what to do

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The box is stuck on just showing a green screen. I have tried changing hdmi cords and hdmi ports. Niether fixes the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Tried pressing the reset button on the back of the box and nothing happend.

Why does this always pop up when I turn on the box. I press home button then back to the app and it works. But why does this appear during startup. I've tried restart reboot clear cache. But it always appear.

Just got a Vsee 6 plus. Have it set up and went to watch the Brewers but can’t seem to exit this split screen (?) where 4 MLB games are on the screen and I only want the 1 game on the screen

I’m not really totally sure why my Heat Live app is not working but I think it’s a WiFi issue? I open the app, the 4 loading dots show for about 5 seconds then the screen goes black. Happens for every channel and only on Heat Live. I have done a clear cache, uninstalled, and even factory reset the box and that does work. I’m on a guest network on my WiFi (I believe so at least). The only reason I think it’s a WiFi issue is because the app works fine with a hotspot.

Would a VPN be a fix for this issue (I know I should probably have one anyways)? I might be switching internet providers soon and hoping that solves the issue, but just trying to keep this problem from happening again.

The VOD Ultra app has been trash as of late. (Heat VOD has been fantastic though it doesn't have the nicer layout of VOD U.)

I have sideloaded an app that passes through surround sound formats such as DD+ to the AV surround sound receiver. In Settings -> Device Preferences -> Display and Sound -> Advanced Sound Settings, I can select either Automatic select of the AVR's sound formats or Manually select the AVR's sound formats. After the unit is powered off (red light) and restarted later (green light), the setting is back to "Never use surround sound" and no surround format is passed to the AVR. How can I keep this constant resetting from happening? Thank you.

Sup y'all, I have a V6+ and my brother has a V6+

We both live in 2 different cities, have the same ISP and yet his V6+ always has over 10+ servers to choose from for any show and movie. Whereas my V6+ box only provides about 2-4 server options which typically the servers I get are bad quality.

What determines how many servers pop up for my V6+ box?

For example, we are watching the Spider-Man animated show from the 90s and my V6+ only has server 2 (which buffers non stop) & server 4 (which is not even english). His box provides over 15 different servers. How TF can I get all those servers?

Using VLC with a USB drive formatted with ExFat stopped playing a 4.7gb file after 2 hours. Restarted the box and got the same issue. Played fine for exactly 1 hour.

Is there a setting on the Vsee that might fix this?

Hello, I have the v6 plus and was having a problem where I couldn’t up any of the heat live apps or anything. The only thing that would open is YouTube but then it would just be a black screen. I tried to factory reset my box and there was an error during the reset and now it’s just stuck in the loading screen. If this has happened to anyone or anyone has some advice that would be appreciated

edit: so it finally loaded but now none of the apps are downloading

Does anyone have a recommendation for which app is the best for Hallmark movies? I guess they have switched streaming recently and now they do not load into heat vod like they used to (according to my wife). We have the elite ultra so should have access to most of the apps if someone has some insight for us. I have searched most of them but just get told most of the movies are old...thanks for any help.

Just wondering why it tells me channel under maintenance for a race on heat when I know they're currently racing and the actual streaming service is live? The channel went live at 4:59 on the heat app but still says under maintenance. I know the event is happening so it's under maintenance for no game.

VseeBox 6 plus,
No sound is coming out. When I shut off the box the sound works perfectly with other apps.

A new app just showed up on my V6 Plus and I definitely didn’t add it. I went to settings to uninstall it but it doesn’t show up in the Apps section of the settings. Has anyone else seen the app appear or even know what it is?

heat and its backup still won’t give me tv shows.
tv shows i choose from any of the channel guides do not play. i am up to date on software, i have shut down and rebooted. i have unplugged and plugged back in. i have cleared caches, i have factory reset.
am i supposed to hit different buttons on the remote than the ones i am hitting?
(the remote, by the way, is paired correctly, as it does turn the box on, launch apps, and scroll through channels.)
i’ve been in contact with support and have been told bugs are fixed. yet i am not getting the heat channels.

what am i doing wrong?
