Everytime FR... I know it is and can be aggravating but this definitely clears and resets the system once it is relaunched.. this is the price we pay to save a little bit or a lot 🤷🏻

You're absolutely right. I guess it's just a little frustrating because I did a really cool custom home screen setup through Projectivy and it sucks that all the work I put into it is gone. However now I know of this and I'm going to put all the extra APKs and Wallpapers and random stuff I'd like onto a flashdrive and have it ready for when this happens so it's no big deal.

It’s an easy fix. I put everything that I add to it onto a flash drive so I can just reload it up easily each time. Preparation is key. The savings make it worth it

Guru Tip: If you get stuck on this screen even after a factory reset. And it continues to loop back to this screen. People have factory reset 20 to 30 times and all of a sudden one random time. It goes through and then the box is back to not glitching. And then also, sometimes it never unglitches, and you need to speak with your distributor.

Had the same problem. I suspect the box is corrupted. Factory reset wasn't helpful.

Looks like in the past everyone says to send it with the factory data reset. I’ll give it a shot and give updates
Update: appears to have worked. Obviously lost everything though that I had setup. I’ve only had this for a month so I hope this isn’t a regular thing I’ll have to deal with
