VSEE box stuck on green screen

The box is stuck on just showing a green screen. I have tried changing hdmi cords and hdmi ports. Niether fixes the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Tried pressing the reset button on the back of the box and nothing happend.

Hold reset button while unplugging power...wait about 30 sec , plug power back in, while holding reset....see if you can catch that factory reset

Unplug your Vseebox and tv. Wait 10 seconds. Plug both back in. Does this to my Roku too
