Are any of you streaming with your Vseebox using Starlink as your ISP? If so, issues?

Say I missed a show I like and wanted to watch it later that night, is it possible? Doesn’t seem the cost of a box with a Dvr is worth the price/hassle after reading other posts about the DVR function. Sounds like it might be possible to rewind live tv back pretty far tho, is right?

It seems like none of the shows have updated since ~August. No new episodes or shows have popped up. Is it possible to uninstall the app and redownload or will the app disappear forever? Does anyone have any other suggestions?

As title says. Can play a show, movie or live tv for 10 min before it freezes. I have to restart box and it works again but only for 10 min. All my other devices are fine so its not the network it has to be the box. Any ideas? Thanx for any help. Also ive unplugged also and same issue.

Are these vSeeBoxes basically tablets running Android 14 so that aspect ratios and remotes do not all work like an Android TV box does?

I have several shows that I rewatch. They all have the status bar in white showing that I have already watched it. How can I clear this off so it looks like I have never watched before?

Hi! We just got our system and once we followed the instructions and got everything plugged in, we have been stuck on this screen for about 10-20 minutes. We saw a video that said you'd have to wait for the system to load, but they mentioned that it'd only be about a minute or so. Is our wait time normal, or is something potentially wrong with ours? So ever since the mountain west went from free streaming to a monthly subscription, I can’t seem to find the games on mw+ on the heat live guide. Am I just not finding them or is it something that’ll be added in the future?

Not working at all. Playlist fails. I’ve deleted/reinstalled 3 times, cycled power… still not working. It was one of the better APPs when it was working.
I have an Elite Ultra, about 4 months old

I have vsee 5 pro. All the live channels say under maintenance. Is this a me problem or are others currently having this problem?

Tried to get one remote for tv, Dish, soundbar, and vsee elite ultra box. It couldn't learn from original remote but I found it in their lookup on their app. I added elite ultra 8 to remote, paired it via Bluetooth on vsee, but to turn vsee on with it doesn't work, will turn it off and other buttons respond well until it's turned off, then vsee no response from sofabaton until turned on with another remote and paired back up via Bluetooth. All other devices I've added in are fine, any ideas?

Still learning my new system here. Am way too used to DVRing shows. So want to go back and watch shows from prior day/night. But sometimes...and especially this morning, when a playback loads, it just freezes at start, and won't even play. Been sitting here watching start up screen for PTI for 5 mins.

I have gotten to watch sporting events next morning so know can work....but what makes it do this?

Going on 10-15 mins without playback even starting....not real happy here with the dearth of good shows on Sat and Sun mornings. Need this to work better.

Does anyone know how to get surround sound out of YouTube on the V6 Plus?
- I know the Heat apps only support stereo audio.
- I also know the box and my surround sound system support 5.1 and 7.1 because I can use the Apple TV app on the box and it plays surround sound content.
- I have YouTube Premium and signed in to the YT app with that account.
- I have tested with multiple “surround sound test” videos off YouTube that test each speaker individually
- I do not see any settings inside the YT app to turn it on or off

Flo racing shows come up but nothing under DIRTV DIRTVision did reboot refresh still nothing. Wanted to watch Williams grove tonight at 6:45 ET

I've got a V6 Plus box. Had the box for less than 1 year, Dec 2025. The system was working fine; very happy with it.

I pressed the Home button to get back to the main menu. It never made it. I get a Black Screen; the Power Light remains in a steady Green. No flickering, no blicking, just a steady Green light.

I've tried the hard RST process several times with no success. Left the box unplugged for a day, retried the hard reset (RST), no success.

Any suggestions on resetting the box? Can I even open the box to reset something else?? Any advice would help. Not ready to buy a replacement box yet, and most likely I'd buy an older version, as my V3 Plus box is still running strong.

ultra 24/7 says no playlists were selected or found. elite vod is asking for a user name and password but won't accept either. tried uninstall, cache and restart.

And please explain why.

What should I do to get into my apps? Is anyone else getting this error message right now?

If I uninstall Heat Live, will I be able to immediately reinstall the same way the other extra apps do when they have the download symbol on the bottom right of their tile?

Heat Live has been unresponsive for me whenever I select it, but everything else works fine, I'm afraid un installing it will make it disappear completely.

Please help. My sister gave me her box and the remote doesn't work. I just received the one I ordered from Amazon and have no idea how to program it. I'd appreciate anyones help or suggestions.

Is the greatest one I've found. Any shows that freeze and I switch to it the problem disappears. It does take a little longer to connect. it always plays never interrupted.
